ՀՀ կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հոկտեմբերի 31-ի նիստում հաստատեց  Ասիական զարգացման բանկի կողմից 36,5 մլն եվրո եւ գերմանական Վերականգնման վարկերի բանկի (KfW) կողմից 40 մլն եվրոյի չափով վարկային ծրագրերը:

Հարցը ներկայացրեց էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Կարեն Բրուտյանը, ով նշեց, որ 2019 թվականի բյուջեով որպես բյուջետային աջակցության վարկեր նախատեսված է ներգրավել շուրջ 131,4 մլն եվրո կամ 149,5 մլն դոլարի վարկեր:

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ այսօր կառավարության չզեկուցվող հարցերի շարքում հաստատվել է նաեւ Ասիական զարգացման բանկի կողմից 9,1 մլն եվրոյի մեկ այլ ծրագիր: «Հաջորդ կառավարության նիստին կներկայացնենք Համաշխարհային բանկի եւս մեկ վարկային ծրագիր՝ 45,8 մլն եվրոյի չափով: Այս բոլոր միջոցներն ուղղվելու են բյուջեի դեֆիցիտի ֆինանսավորմանը»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ սեպտեմբերի 30-ի դրությամբ Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը կազմում է 6 մլրդ 539 մլն  դոլար: «Այսօր կառավարության նիստում ներառված վարկերի հաստատման պարագայում, հաշվի առնելով նաեւ ՀԲ-ի վարկը, որ հաջորդ շաբաթ է հաստատվելու, այս տարվա վերջին պետական պարտքը կկազմի 6 մլրդ 9400 մլն դոլար, որը ՀՆԱ-ի 50,3 տոկոսն է: Նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշի նկտմամբ այն կնվազի, քանի որ նախորդ տարի այն եղել է 51,3 տոկոս»,-ասաց նա:

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարեւորեց այս ցուցանիշը նշելով, որ դա հնարավորություն է տալիս անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝ նոր պարտք ներգրավել. «Բայց քանի որ մենք պայմանավորվել ենք, որ նոր պարտք ներգրավելու որոշում պետք է կայացնենք միայն այն դեպքում, երբ դրա արդյունքում մեծանալու են պետական եկամուտները, եւ տնտեսությունը բերեն նոր մակարդակի: Այս պրոցեսը դրա նախապատրաստական շրջանն է, որ մենք մեզ համար տարածք ենք բացում մեգանախագծերի համար»,-ասաց նա:
