ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի եւ տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչությունում ստացված տեղեկությունների հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Վանաձորի նախկին քաղաքապետ Սամվել Դարբինյանը, որը պաշտոնավավարել է 1999-ից 2016 թվականը, բանավոր համաձայնություն ձեռք բերելով ՊՆ երրորդ բանակային կորպուսի նախկին հրամանատարի եւ նրա խնամու հետ, Վանաձոր համայնքի ավագանու 2010 թվականի հուլիսին կայացած որոշման հիման վրա կեղծ պաշտոնական փաստաթղթեր է կազմել ու իրականացրել է Վանաձորի կեղտաջրերի նախկին մաքրման կայանի օտարման վերաբերյալ ձեւական աճուրդ։ Աճուրդի արդյունքում էլ ընդհանուր 239․347․719 դրամ արժեքով անշարժ գույքը անհամեմատ ցածր՝ 63․234․600 դրամով օտարել է ձեւական աճուրդում հաղթող ճանաչված անձին՝ համայնքին պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 176․113․119 դրամի վնաս։

 

Ոստիկանությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ բացի այդ, Վանաձորի նախկին քաղաքապետը, ավագանու մեկ այլ որոշմամբ, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, կազմակերպել է վերոհիշյալ կայանի շուրջ 295․470․000 դրամ արժողությամբ ստորգետնյա խողովակների ապամոնտաժումը։ Վանաձորի նախկին քաղաքապետին ու նրա եղբորը պատկանող ընկերության մասնաճյուղի առանձնացված ստորաբաժանումում հոկտեմբերի 25-ին հայտնաբերվել են նույն տեսակի, տրամաչափի եւ քանակի խողովակներ, որոնց ձեռքբերման վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթերը բացակայել են։

 

 

Դեպքերի առթիվ ոստիկանությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել եւ ուղարկվել քննչական կոմիտե՝ նախաքննության։ Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումները շարունակվում են։
