LIFEԱնընդհատ կապի մեջ լինելով ձեր մարմնի հետ՝ կսկսեք ավելի լավ հասկանալ օրգանիզմի ուղարկած նախանշանները, ինչը շատ կարևոր է առողջության պահպանման համար: Հիվանդության նախանշաններն անտեսելը հեշտ է, հատկապես, եթե զբաղված եք աշխատանքի վայրում կամ ընտանեկան հարցերով: Այնուամենայնիվ, գոյություն ունեն 20 նախանշաններ, որոնք պարզապես չի կարելի անտեսել:
1. Մեջքի ցավեր: Եթե անդադար մեջքի ցավեր ունեք, հնարավոր է՝ դա լյարդի քաղցկեղի նախանշան լինի:
2. Ավշային հանգույցների այտուցներ- Ավշային հանգույցներն այտուցվում են, երբ հիվանդ ենք: Եթե նկատել եք, որ դրանք ձեզ մոտ հաճախակի են այտուցվում, անպայման դիմեք բժիշկի, հնարավոր է՝ ավշային համակարգի խնդիրներ ունեք:
3. Հոգնածություն- Հաճախակի հոգնածությունը կարող է նշան լինել, որ օրգանիզմում քաղցկեղածին բջիջներ կան:
4. Տարօրինակ ցավեր– Կանոնավոր տարօրինակ ցավերը կարող են մի քանի տեսակի քաղցկեղների նախանշան լինել: Եթե այսպիսի նախանշան եք նկատել, անպայման դիմեք բժշկի:
5. Ուտելու անկարողություն- Ձվարանների քաղցկեղը կարող է ստամոքսի խնդիրներ առաջացնել, հատկապես նվազեցնել ուտելու ցանկությունը:
6. Հաճախակի արյունահոսութուն- Եթե չափազանց հաճախ եք արյունահոսում, կամ դժվարությամբ եք այն դադարեցնում, հնարավոր է՝ խնդիրներ ունեք արյան գնդիկների հետ:
7. Հաճախակի փքվածություն- Միշտ չէ, որ փքվածությունն անվնաս է, հաճախ սա կապված է ձվարանների քաղցկեղի հետ:
8. Քաշի հանկարծակի կորուստ- Գոյություն ունեն մարսողական համակարգի քաղցկեղի մի քանի տեսակներ, որոնք կարող են քաշի հանկարծակի կորստի պատճառ դառնալ, քանի որ ձեր օրգանիզմը չի կարողանում հստակ կերպով մարսել սննդարար տարրերն ու կալորիաները:
9. Կրծքի կարմրություն- Կրծքի քաղցկեղն ամենատարածվածներից մեկն է, որը հայտնաբերվում է կանանց մոտ: Յուրաքանչյուր քրտնարտադրություն կամ կարմրություն կարող է կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղի նախանշան լինել, անմիջապես դիմեք բժշկի:
10. Հետանցքային արյունահոսություն– Աղիքային քաղցկեղն ամենաարագ զարգացող քաղցկեղի տեսակն է: Հիմնական նախանշանը հետանցքային արյունահոսությունն է:
11. Սրտխառնոց- Ստամոքսի յուրաքանչյուր խնդիր, որն անընդհատ կրկնվում է, ներառյալ՝ սրտխառնոցը, կարող է մարսողական համակարգի քաղցկեղի նշան լինել:
12. Եթե դժվարություններ եք նկատում սնունդը կուլ տալուց, անպայման դիմեք բժշկի, քանի որ հնարավոր է՝ սա կոկորդի քաղցկեղի նախանշան է:
13. Կրծքի պտուկների փոփոխություն- Կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղի հստակ նախանշան է պտուկների փոփոխությունը:
14. Մաշկային գնդեր, որոնք ոչ մի կերպ չեն վերանում- Մաշկային յուրաքանչյուր փոփոխություն, որը ոչ մի կերպ չի վերանում, մաշկի քաղցկեղի նախանշան կարող է լինել:
