Հայտնաբերվել է Երեւանում մահվան ելքով կրկնակի վրաերթ կատարած ու դեպքի վայրից հեռացած վարորդն ու նրա ավտոմեքենան (ֆոտո)

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 2-ին, Երեւանի ճանապարհային ոստիկանության, ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի եւ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ճանապարհատրանսպորտային հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնի ծառայողները ժամերի ընթացքում հայտնաբերել են երեկ Երեւանում կրկնակի վրաերթ կատարած ու դեպքի վայրից հեռացած վարորդին։ Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ նշված ավտոմեքենան եղել է Audi մակնիշի, ու պարզելով նրա բնակության վայրը՝ մեկնել են այդ ուղղությամբ, որից հետ Audi-ի վարորդը, ով տանը չի եղել, իմանալով, որ ոստիկաններն ու քննիչներն արդեն պարզել են դեպքի հանգամանքները, ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժին, որտեղից էլ նրան տեղափոխել են քննչական բաժին։
Նա Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 54-ամյա Հրաչյա Թ․-ն է։ Քննիչի հանձնարարականով Audi մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվել է Երեւանի ՃՈ պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 2-ին, մահվան ելքով կրկնակի վրաերթի դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Երեւանում: Ժամը 06:15-ի սահմաններում Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 47-ամյա Սենո Գ.-ն իր վարած ВАЗ 211440 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Հասրաթյան փողոցում վրաերթի էր ենթարկել հետիոտնին: Վարորդը փախուստի չէր դիմել, օգնություն էր ցուցաբերել վրաերթի ենթարկված, միջին տարիքի կնոջը, ահազանգել էր Երեւանի 1-03 շտապօգնություն եւ կատարվածի մասին տեղեկացրել Երեւանի ճանապարհային ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն: Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածներն ասել էին, որ վարորդը նույնիսկ զրուցել էր գետնին ընկած վրաերթի ենթարկվածի հետ, որն ասել էր, որ կարիք չկար շտապօգնություն կանչել, սակայն վարորդը կանչել էր եւ մինչ շտապօգնությունը կժամաներ, մեկ այլ ավտոմեքենա, որի մակնիշը վարորդը նկատել էր, սակայն նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով, այդ պահին չէինք հրապարակել, կրկնակի վրաերթի էր ենթարկել կնոջը, իսկ վարորդը մի կերպ էր փախել, սակայն կինը տեղում մահացել էր: Կրկնակի վրաերթի ենթարկած վարորդը դեպքի վայրից դիմել էր փախուստի: Փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի եւ 244 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով: Վարորդ Սենո Գ.-ն տեղում ենթարկվել էր սթափության փորձաքննության. պարզվել էր, որ նա եղել էր սթափ:
