Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը մանիպուլատիվ է առ այն, որ շփման գծում երբեք այդքան հանգիստ չի եղել: Այս մասին այսօր` նոյեմբերի 4-ին ֆեյսբուքյան  ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

 

«Այո, ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ եղել է լարվածություն, սրացումներ, բայց ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանը նույնպես երկար ժամանակ չէր դիմում ագրեսիվ գործողությունների: Հակառակորդը ապրիլյանից հետո երկար ժամանակ սսկված էր, եւ սա վերագրել ձեզ, կամ  Դուշանբեի վերելակին, այնքան էլ ազնիվ չէ, նամանավանդ, որ վերջին շրջանում լարվածություններ եղել են»,- ասաց նա:

 

 Փաշինյանը հիշեցրեց, որ Փաշինյանը հանդուրժում էր Արցախի նախագահի գլուխը քարով ջարդելու մասին, կամ անձամբ սպառնում գեներալներին` ասելով «հանգիստ նստեք տեղներդ», կամ ժպտում, երբ Արցախի նախագահին մարզպետ են կոչում բեմում, իսկ այսօր մեծ ուրախությամբ հայտարարում է, որ տարաձայնություններ չկան Արցախի եւ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների միջեւ:

 

«Այս ամենը դուք եք արել եւ վերագրել այն ձեր շրջապատին, նույնքան անբարոյական ու անազնիվ, որքան անազնիվ է  թիրախավորել ներքաղաքական ընդդիմախոսներին եւ հանգիստ թողնել Ալիեւին եւ իր քարոզչամեքենան»,-ասաց նա:

 

Աշոտյանի խոսքով` անհասկանալի է, թե ինչպիսի փաթեթ է որդեգրել Արցախի հարցի կարգավորման հարցում:

 

«Բացի կարգավիճակ եւ անվտանգություն շատ առաձգական  բառերից, դուք ուրիշ ոչինչ չեք օգտագործում, չեք խոսում Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի մասին եւ արտգործնախարարը եւ քո խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության  պատասխանատուները եւ քո արտգործանախար գերադասում են օգտագործել 6 հարկանի նախադասություններ, քան օգտագործել ինքնորոշման իրավունք, եզրույթը: Ինչո՞ւմն է պրոբլեմը: Ի՞նչ է բանակցությունների սեղանին դրված եւ որոնք են ՀՀ իշխանությունների մոտեցումները, ինչ է նշանակում համազգային հանրաքվե կանենք: Եթե դա պոպուլիզմ է, ապա շատ վտանգավոր է: Դուք քանդել եք նախորդ թողած բանակցային ժառանգությունը, ոչինչ չեք ստեղծել, հիմա էլ ասում եք բանակցային գործընթացում կա դինամիկա, եթե կա, ապա այն բացասական է»,-ասաց Աշոտյանը:

 

Նշենք, որ երեկ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆեյբուքյան ուղիղ եթերով հայտարարել էր, որ ինչքան էլ տարօրինակ լինի, բայց բանակցային գործընթացում դրական դինամիկա կա:
