ԳԴՀ կառավարությունը մտադիր է 3,5 մլրդ եվրո ներդնել էլեկտրամոբիլների լիցքվորման ենթակառուցվածքների ստեղծման մեջ

Գերմանիայի կառավարությունը մտադիր է 3,5 միլիարդ եվրո ներդնել էլեկտրամոբիլների լիցքվորման ենթակառուցվածքների ստեղծման մեջ, հայտարարել է ԳԴՀ կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը։ Ելույթ ունենալով Volkswagen ընկերության էլեկտրամոբիլների արտադրության բացմանը Ցվիկաու քաղաքում՝ Մերկելը ավտոարտադրության մեջ տեղի ունեցող փոփոխություններն անվանել է «հարացույցի փոխարինում», հայտնում է «ՓՌԱՅՄ»-ը։
«Սա հիմնավոր փոփոխություն է։ Կլիմայի պաշտպանությունը, տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումը, թվայնացումը, կոմունիկացիաների զարգացումը՝ սրանք նշանակում են ավտոտրանսպորտում հարացույցի փոփոխություն, որը մենք չենք ունեցել ավտոմեքենաների զարգացման ողջ պատմության ընթացքում։ Հարացույցի այս փոփոխությունը տեղի է ունենում ամենուր, ոչ միայն այստեղ՝ Սաքսոնիայում, այլեւ Գերմանիայի, Եվրոպայի այյլ մասերում, ամբողջ աշխարհում, ԱՄՆ-ի, Չինաստանի շուկաներում, այդ պատճառով ես կարծում եմ, որ այս փոփոխությունները մենք ավելի արդյունավետ կարող ենք կատարել ազատ, համաշխարհային առեւտրի կանոնների, այլ ոչ թե պրոտեկցիոնիզմի վրա հիմնված պայմաններում»,- հայտարարել է Մերկելը՝ հավելելով, որ ԳԴՀ կառավարությունը կպայքարի ազատ առեւտրի համար։
Նա նշել է, որ էլեկտրաշարժիչների ներդրումը պետք է ուղեկցվի էներգետիկայի աստիճանաբար փոփոխությամբ՝ հիշեցնելով մինչեւ 2030թ․ թարմացված աղբյուրներից էներգիայի 65 տոկոսը ստանալու կառավարության ծրագրի մասին։
Մերկելը էլեկտրամոբիլների շուկայի զարգացման երկու պայման է համարել լիցքավորման համակարգի զարգացումը եւ էլեկտրամոբիլների գնման խթանների ստեղծումը։ «Մենք ամբողջ երկրում պետք է տարածենք լիցքավորման համակարգերը, որոնք Volkswagen-ն այսօր արդեն ունի այն քաղաքներում, որտեղ զբաղվում է արտադրությամբ։ Մենք, որպես դաշնություն, զգալի ջանքեր պետք է գործադրենք դրա համար, մենք առաջիկա տարիներին 3,5 մլրդ եվրո կներդնենք լիցքավորման ենթակառուցվածքներ ստեղծելու համար։ Սա ռեկորդային գումար է»,- հայտարարել է Մերկելը։
Նրա խոսքերով, այս խնդրի լուծումը սահմանափակված է ժամանակի առումով, դա տեղի կունենա մինչեւ 2035 թվականը, երբ ենթակառուցվածքը պետք է պատրաստ լինի։ Բացի այդ, կառավարությունը համարում է, որ 2025-ից սկսած՝ լիցքավորման կայանների կառուցումը արդեն ոչ թե սուբսիդիաների վրա հիմնված ոլորտ կլինի, այլ լիարժեք բիզնես։
Մերկելը նաեւ նշել է, որ էլեկտրամոբիլները պետք է հասանելի լինեն սովորական սպառողներին, ինչպես ավանդական ավտոմեքենաները։
