Ջուրը եռացնել և լցնել դափնու տերևի վրա, փակել կափարիչով, թողնել 1 ժամ, քամել, ավելացնել սև բողկի հյութը և խմել օրվա ընթացքում, բուժման կուրսը 1 շաբաթ:

40 մլ կիտրոի հյութ
Սև բողկն անցկացնել քերիչով, ավելացնել կիտրոնի հյութը և խառնել: Ընունել 30-40 գ օրը 4-5 անգամ մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում:
Սև բողկը հակացուցված է ստամոքսի և տասներկումատնյա աղիքի խոցերի, բարձր թթվայնությամբ գաստրիտի, սրտի ծանր հիվանդությունների, լյարդի և երիկամների հիվանդությունների դեպքում, հղիներին և ինֆարկտի դեպքում:
