ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորը կարծում է՝ պատգամավորին տրվող գումարները չպետք է կրճատել

2016 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ շատ խոսվեց պետական միջոցների անարդյունավետ կառավարման մասին: ՀԱԿ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նույնիսկ նկատեց, որ Դանիայում կա 23 ծառայողական ավտոմեքենա, իսկ Հայաստանում մեքենաների թիվը 1073 է:
ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Լեռնիկ Ալեքսանյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում հակադարձեց, թե օրինակ՝ Շվեդիայի պատգամավորներին հատկացված է ամսական մոտ 10 հազար եվրո գումար, որպեսզի նրանք օգտվեն հատուկ պարկերից և ծախսեն վառելիքի վրա: Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ եվրոպական երկրներում պարզապես ընդունված չէ «պադավատ մեքենաներ» կոչվող ծառայությունը: Պատգամավորի հավաստիացմամբ՝ «պադավատ» ավտոմեքենաներն ավելի նվազ ծախսատար են, քան օրինակ՝ ամսական բյուջետային հատկացումները, որոնք տրվում են եվրոպական երկների խորհրդարաններին: Խոսելով իր աշխատավարձի մասին՝ Ալեքսանյանն անկեղծացավ, թե որքան փողը շատ է, պահանջմունքներն այնքան ավելի շատ են լինում: «Կարելի է բավարարվել ցածր աշխատավարձով, պահանջմունքները քիչ կլինեն, իսկ կարելի է փող շատ ունենալ և ավելի շատի կարիք ունենալ: Կարևորը պետք է ծախսերը գնահատել ըստ աշխատավարձի»,- ասաց պատգամավորը՝ նշելով, որ անձամբ ինքն իր բյուջեն պլանավորում է իր աշխատավարձի չափով:
Արձագանքեցինք, որ պատգամավորներն առաջարկում էին կրճատել պատգամավորների ծախսերը և այդ գումարներն ուղղել առողջապահական ոլորտ: Ի պատասխան՝ Ալեքսանյանը մեկնաբանեց. «Ես այն կարծիքին չեմ, որ պատգամավորին տրվող գումարներն այնքան շատ են, որ պետք է կրճատել: Այլ բան է, որ կրճատեն պետական ապարատը»,- ասաց պատգամավորը՝ տալով մի քանի լուծումներ: Նա նշեց, որ մարզպետարաններում ու նախարարություններում որակյալ կադրերի պակաս կա, քանի որ աշխատավարձերը ցածր են, դրա փոխարեն շատ են կադրերը: Ալեքսանյանն առաջարկում է կրճատել կադրերի թիվը՝ դրա փոխարեն ավելացնել աշխատավարձերը:
