Կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում 35 հարց է, որից 25-ը՝ չզեկուցվող (ուղիղ)
POLITICSՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած կառավարությունն այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 7-ին, անցկացնում է հերթական նիստը: Նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված է 35 հարց, որից 25-ը չզեկուցվող:
Կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված են, մասնավորապես, հետեւյալ հարցերը.
- «Սեռական շահագործումից և սեռական բնույթի բռնություններից երեխաների պաշտպանության մասին» Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կոնվենցիան վավերացնելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի նախագծի մասին.
- «Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործունեության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության առաջարկության մասին,
- Գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում ներմուծված (ներմուծվող) տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և (կամ) նյութերը ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատելու արտոնությունից օգտվելու համար «ՆՈՐ ՓՐՈՋԵԿՏՍ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության կողմից ներկայացված հայտը բավարարելու և արտոնությունը կիրառելու մասին.
- «ՍԵՍՏՐԱ ՍՊԸ ԲԵԼԳՐԱԴ» ընկերությանը լիցենզավորման ենթակա գործունեության որոշ տեսակների իրականացման թույլտվություն տրամադրելու մասին,
- «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև եկամտի կրկնակի հարկումը բացառելու և հարկումից խուսափելը կանխելու մասին» համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի նախագծի մասին,
- «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի միջև «Հայաստանի ճանապարհային անվտանգության բարելավման ծրագիր» Հարևանության ներդրումային գործիքի ներդրումային դրամաշնորհային համաձայնագրի ստորագրման առաջարկությանը հավանություն տալու մասին,
- Շարքային կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության 2019 թվականի ձմեռային զորակոչ հայտարարելու և զորացրում կատարելու մասին եւ այլ հարցեր:
