Դատարանը մերժեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանների միջնորդությունը նրան գրավով ազատելու մասին
POLITICSԴատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը հրապարակեց նախորդ դատական նիստում, որը տեղի էր ունեցել նոյեմբերի 5-ին, Հայաստանի երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանների ներկայացրած միջնորդության վերաբերյալ որոշումը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ փաստաբանները միջնորդություն էին ներկայացրել նախկին նախագահին գրավով ազատելու մասին, գրավի չափի որոշումը վերապահվել էր դատարանի հայեցողությանը: Փաստաբանները, սակայն, խնդրել էին հաշվի առնել ընտանիքի իրական նյութական վիճակը՝ կոչ անելով միաժամանակ դադարեցնել Քոչարյան ընտանիքի անիմանալի հարստության մասին ասեկոսեները:
Խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալով՝ դատավորը միջնորդությունը մերժեց:
Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ ամենքից շատ է շահագրգռված արդար դատով եւ նշել էր պոտենցիալ ազդեցության օբյեկտի բացակայությունը: 10 տարի անց ես չեմ կարող փոխել ԱԴ հայտարարելու մասին իմ հրամանը: Սա փաստ է, որից ես չեմ հրաժարվում: Հանդիպման փաստը նույնպես փաստ է: Չկա դրդապատճառ, չկա ներգործության սուբյեկտ: Այստեղ նստած մարդիկ իրենց թույլ չեն տա խնդրանքով դիմել որեւէ մեկին, որը կվիրավորի նրանց արժանապատվությունը: Ես ամոթից կմեռնեի, եթե ստիպված լինեի որեւէ մեկին խնդրել ռետուշավորել իր ցուցմունքները: Ֆեմիդայի կշեռքը ձեր ձեռքին է»,- հայտարարել էր Քոչարյանը:
