«Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանը 4 բնակարան ունի: Այս մասին նա գրառել է Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին ներկայացրած՝ գույքի հայտարարագրում:
Սա առաջին փաստաթուղթն է, որտեղ պաշտոնական տեղեկություններ կան Շաբոյանի ունեցվածքի վերաբերյալ: Թվով 4 բնակարանները Շաբոյանը ձեռք է բերել մինչև ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահի պաշտոնում նշանակվելը: Ինչպես հայտնի է, 2008-2010 թվականներին Արտակ Շաբոյանը զբաղեցնում էր Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալի պաշտոնը: Շաբոյանի տարեկան աշխատավարձը ընդամենը 7,5 միլիոն դրամ է: 2014 թվականին նա, բացի աշխատավարձը, այլ եկամուտներ չի ունեցել: ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահի կինը Քրիստինե Եղիազարյանը, նախորդ տարի հայտարարագրել է 6 միլիոն դրամի և 130 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով փոխառություններ, ինչպես նաև 16 միլիոն դրամի և 53 հազար դոլարի չավով դրամական միջոցներ: Ընդ որում՝ տիկնոջ դրամական միջոցները վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում աճել են 42 հազար դոլարով և 6 միլիոն դրամով»,–գրում է թերթը։
