Համաշխարհային պարտքի (պետական եւ մասնավոր) ծավալը հասել է համաշխարհային ՀՆԱ 230 տոկոսին, բացարձակ թվերով՝ 188 տրլն դոլար, ասել է Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի (ԱՄՀ) կարգադրիչ տնօրեն Քրիստալինա Գեորգիեւան։ Նրա խոսքով՝ պարտքի ընդհանուր մակարդակի երկու երրորդը բաժին է ընկնում մասնավոր հատվածին, տեղեկացնում է «Կոմերսանտը»։

 

«Զարգացող երկրների պետպարտքն այն մակարդակի վրա է, որը վերջին անգամ նկատվել է 1980-ական թվականների պարտքային ճգնաժամի ժամանակ։ Եկամտի ցածր մակարդակ ունեցող երկրներում վերջին հինգ տարում տեղի է ունեցել պարտքի կտրուկ ավելացում,- ասել է հիմնադրամի ղեկավարը, որի հայտարարությունը հրապարակվել է ԱՄՀ կայքում։- Մեր գնահատականներով՝ ցածր եկամուտ ունեցող երկրների 43 տոկոսը կամ ենթակա է պարտքային խնդիրների առաջացման բարձր ռիսկին, կամ արդեն գտնվում է աղետալի վիճակում»։

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի եւ Համաշխարհային բանկի ամենամյա հանդիպման արդյունքում հոկտեմբերին ընդունվել է հայտարարություն, որում խոշոր երկրների կառավարություններին խորհուրդ է տրվում ավելի ակտիվ օգտագործել ֆիսկալ քաղաքականության գործիքները եւ խստացնել ֆինանսական կայունության ռիսկերի վերահսկողությունը։ Նոր ռեցեսիայի երկյուղներն արդեն մտել են «քսանյակի» երկրների ֆինանսական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների բանակցությունների պաշտոնական օրակարգ։
