Վերջին օրերին հանրային դիսկուրսում տարբեր հարցեր են դրվում շրջանառության մեջ, որոնց նախնական փուլերում հասարակությունն այդքան էլ ուշադրություն չի դարձնում, սակայն դրանց մասին շարունակ մեկնաբանություններ են հնչում և տարբեր թեզեր շրջանառվում։ 

Մասնավորապես՝ նման թեմաներից է Գյումրիում տեղակայված ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազան, որը համարվում է ՀՀ համար գերկարևոր ռազմական օբյեկտ։ 

Ահա հենց այս հարցն է, որը, թերթի տեղեկություններով, հայտնվել է իշխանությունների ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Թերթին տեղեկատվություն է հասել առ այն, որ իշխանությունները փորձում են ռազմաբազան ՀՀ տարածքից հանելու թեման դարձնել պարբերական քննարկման առարկա և յուրահատուկ «թեսթ» անցկացնել։ 

Որոշ շրջանակներ մեծ ցանկություն ունեն ազատվել բազայի ներկայությունից, սակայն այդ առումով իշխանությունները լուրջ անհանգստություններ ունեն և իրենց անունից բաց տեքստով որևէ կերպ չեն անդրադառնում դրան։

Արդյունքում նորից առաջին պլան է մղվում, այսպես կոչված, արևմտյան «գրանտակեր» հատվածը, որը միշտ էլ աչքի է ընկել իր ընդգծված հակառուսական քաղաքականությամբ: 

Իշխանություններին սատարող փորձագիտական սեգմենտի այս հատվածը, որն իր գաղափարներով և ստացած դրամաշնորհներով, բնականաբար, երդվյալ արևմտապաշտ է, այս հարցը հերթական անգամ դարձրել է շահարկման առարկա, և իրենց հարցազրույցներում պարբերաբար թմբկահարում են դրա մասին։ 

Սա հնարավորություն է տալիս մի քանի խնդիր լուծել. նախ՝ իշխանությունները թեմայի առումով մնում են մաքուր, մյուս կողմից՝ իրականացվում է տեսակետների ստուգում, թե ինչ վերաբերմունք ունի հասարակությունն այս թեմայի հետ կապված: 

Ըստ օդում կախված լուրերի, այս հարցի առնչությամբ ՌԴ իշխանությունները ամենաբարձր մակարդակով անհանգստություններ են փոխանցել Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, սակայն վերջիններս ամեն անգամ թեման «ցրել» են։
