ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Կառավարությունում հյուրընկալել է ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովին:

 

Իր ողջույնի խոսքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ ուրախ է ՌԴ արտգործնախարարին տեսնել Հայաստանում:

 

«Վերջին անգամ պաշտոնական այցով Երեւան եք եկել երկու տարի առաջ: Այս ընթացքում Հայաստանում բավական մեծ փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել, որոնց արդյունքում մեր երկու երկրների հարաբերությունները նոր դինամիկա են ստացել:

 

 Իմ վարչապետ ընտրվելուց ի վեր ես բազմիցս հանդիպել են ՌԴ նախագահի, վարչապետի հետ: Վերջին 1,5 տարում հնարավորություն եմ ունեցել Երեւանում ընդունել ՌԴ նախագահին ու վարչապետին: Վերջերս Հայաստան այցելեց ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարը, այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ: Մեր հարաբերություններում կա նոր դինամիկա:
Վերջերս պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերեցինք, որ հաջորդ տարի տեղի կունենա իմ պաշտոնական այցը Ռուսաստան: Դրանից հետո կկայանա ՌԴ նախագահի պաշտոնական այցը Հայաստան: Ուրախ եմ արձանագրել, որ ԵՏՄ-ում Հայաստանի նախագահությունը բավական արդյունավետ ստացվեց: Վերջերս Երեւանում տեղի ունեցած ԵՏՄ բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհրդի նիստը, որն աննախադեպ էր իր մաստտաբներով: Ես ուրախ եմ, որ մեր նախագահության ընթացքում պայմանագիր ստորագրեցինք Սերբիայի, Սինգապուրի հետ, ազատ առեւտրի պայմանագիր ստորագրեցինք Իրանի հետ, նաեւ Չինաստանի հետ»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը այս տարի կհասնի 2 մլրդ դոլարի:

 

Հայաստանի վարչապետը վստահություն հայտնեց, որ Լավրովի այցը նոր լիցք կտա հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերություններին:

 

«Դուք վերջերս հայտարարել եք, ես նույնպես շատ մեծ լավատեսությամբ եմ նայում մեր հարաբերություններին»,-ասաց վարչապետը:

 

ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին` ընդունելության համար` ընդգծելով Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական գերատեսչությունների սերտ համագործակցությունը: ՌԴ արտգործնախարարը հայտնեց նաեւ, որ հաջորդ տարի Հայաստանում ռուս-հայկական միջտարածաշրջանային համաժողով կանցկացվի:

 

Հատկանշական է, որ Լավրովը շփոթվեց եւ Փաշինյանին դիմեց «պարոն նախագահ»-ով:

 

ՌԴ նախագահն անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում նախորդ տարի տեղի ունեցած քաղաքական փոփոխություններին նշեց, որ դա չի խանգարել ապահովել երկու երկրների հարաբերությունների իրավահաջորդությունը, զարգացնել դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները:

 

Լավրովը հավելեց, որ Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի միջեւ սերտ շփումներ կան բոլոր ուղղություններով:  «Մենք ուրախ ենք, որ երկկողմ առեւտուրը զարգանում է: ՌԴ-ն Հայաստանի համար առաջատար գործընկեր է, թիվ մեկ ներդրողը: Համագործակցությունը ԵՏՄ-ում, ՀԱՊԿ-ում, ԱՊՀ-ում, իհարկե, գտնվում է մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում, եւ մենք շնորհավորում ենք Հայաստանին ԵՏՄ-ում արդյունավետ նախագահության համար: Բառացիորեն երկու շաբաթից Բիշքեկում տեղի կունենա եւս մեկ կարեւոր իրադարձությունը՝ այս անգամ ՀԱՊԿ գագաթաժողովը, որտեղ կորոշենք մեր փոխգործակցությունը ռազմաքաղաքական անվտանգությանը վերաբերող հարցերում»,-ասաց Լավրովը: 

 

Հիշեցնենք` ՌԴ արտգործնախարարը պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստան է ժամանել երեկ` նոյեմբերի 10-ին:
