ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են Լեռնահովիտ գյուղի՝ 39-ամյա բնակչի մահվան մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 36-ամյա տղամարդուն:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Տաշիր քաղաքի 45 -ամյա բնակիչը հաղորդում է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ 2019 թվականի հունիսի 4-ին՝ ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում, իր առանձնատան մոտ, մի քանի անձինք մոտեցել են իր հորեղբոր որդուն՝ Լոռու մարզի Լեռնահովիտ գյուղի 39 -ամյա  բնակչին, եւ նախկինում ծագած տարաձայնությունների պատճառով հարձակվել եւ ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ են հասցրել նրա  մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին եւ դիմել փախուստի: Ըստ հաղորդման՝ դեպքից հետո եղբայրները գնացել են տուն եւ գիշերել, որտեղ էլ 39-ամյա  տղամարդը մահացել է:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ եւ 14-րդ կետերով եւ 118-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով:

Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են մի շարք անհետաձգելի քննչական եւ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի վայրի, դիակի զննություններ, առգրավվել են  դեպքի վայրին հարակից տարածքում առկա տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսաձայնագրությունները եւ ենթարկվել զննության, կատարվել են առգրավումներ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք վկաներ:

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար  նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական եւ դատակենսաբանական համալիր, դատահետքաբանական եւ դատաքրեագիտական փորձաքննություններ:

2019 թվականի նոյեմբերի 7-ին՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, ով հանդիսանում է Ստեփանավան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1983 թվականին, ներկայացել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին եւ ցուցմունք տվել դեպքի շուրջ: Նույնը օրը 36-ամյա տղամարդը  ձերբակալվել է:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ եւ 14-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով եւ նրա նկատմամբ  որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ եւ բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու, ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ:
