Քարակերտի միջադեպի գործով Տավրոս Սափեյանը ներգրավվել է՝ որպես կասկածյալ

ԵԿՄ անդամ Տավրոս Սափեյանն այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 11-ին, ինքնակամ ներկայացել է Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն եւ հարցաքննվել Քարակերտի՝ նոյեմբերի 7-ի միջադեպով, ներգրավվել է որպես կասկածյալ, եւ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվության ծառայությունից։
2019թ. նոյեմբերի 07-ին` ժամը 14:30-ին, Արագածոտնի մարզի Արագածավան գյուղի բնակիչը ոստիկանության Բաղրամյանի բաժնում հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը` ժամը 12:00-ի սահմաններում, Քարակերտ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող «Թալին» ՋՕ ընկերության շինության դիմաց, Արագածոտնի մարզի Աշնակ գյուղի բնակիչներ Սափեյան եղբայրները, ինչպես նաեւ վերջինիս հորեղբոր որդիները վիճաբանել են իր հետ, ձեռքերով հարվածներ են հասցրել իրեն, իսկ նրանցից մեկը «Վինչեստր»-ին նմանվող հրազենից կրակել է օդ եւ եւս երեք անգամ էլ կրակել իր ուղղությամբ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Բաղրամյանի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով, որը նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն եւ ընդունվել վարույթ: Արագածավան գյուղի բնակիչը ճանաչվել է տուժող եւ հարցաքննվել դեպքի շուրջ:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ դեպքի օրը Սափեյան 4 եղբայրները եւ Արագածոտնի մարզի եւս մեկ բնակիչ, դիտավորությամբ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը եւ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսեւորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ, բռնություն գործադրելով, հարվածներ են հասցրել Արագածավան գյուղի բնակչին, որի ընթացքում Սափեյան եղբայրներից մեկը հրազենից կրակոցներ է արձակել վերջինիս ուղղությամբ, որը, սակայն, չի դիպել նրան:
Իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ եղբայրներից Տ.Սափեյանն է իր անվամբ հաշվառված «MAVERICK» մոդելի, 12 մմ տրամաչափի որսորդական հրացանից կրակոցներ արձակել: Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են որսորդական հրացանի փամփուշտների 2 խիցեր /կոնտեյներ/:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական գործողություններ՝ առգրավումներ, հարցաքննություններ, առերեսումներ, վիճաբանության մասնակիցների բնակարաններում խուզարկություններ, որի ժամանակ հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող որսորդական հրացանը ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհետաձգելի միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
ՀՀ ՔԿ Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ Արագածավան գյուղի բնակչի նկատմամբ զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
