ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը՝ Սիրիայում հայ հոգեւորականի եւ նրա հոր սպանության վերաբերյալ

Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որտեղ անդրադարձել է Սիրիայում հայ հոգեւորականի եւ նրա հոր սպանությանը:
Հայտարարությունում ասվում է.
«Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք Սիրիայի Դեր Զորի նահանգում կատարված ահաբեկչական գործողությունը, որի արդյունքում դաժանաբար սպանվել են Կամիշլիի Հայ Կաթողիկե եկեղեցու հոգեւոր հովիվ Հովսեփ քահանա Պետոյանն ու նրա հայրը՝ Աբրահամ քահանա Պետոյանը, վիրավորվել է եկեղեցու սարկավագը:
Հոգեւորականների կյանքն ընդհատվեց այն պահին, երբ նրանք ծառայություն էին մատուցում պատերազմից հյուծված Դեր Զորի համայնքին։ Ըստ տարբեր աղբյուրների՝ հոգեւորականների սպանության պատասխանատվությունը ստանձնել է ԻԼԻՊ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունը:
Վերջին ամսվա ընթացքում Սիրիայի հյուսիս-արեւելքում իրականացվող ռազմական ներխուժումը եւ դրա արդյունքում ակտիվացած ահաբեկչական գործունեությունը հատկապես խոցելի են դարձնում քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը, այդ թվում ազգային եւ կրոնական փոքրամասնություններին։ Ինքնության հողի վրա շարունակվող հետապնդումներն ու սպանությունները վճռականորեն պետք է դատապարտվեն միջազգային հանրության կողմից։
Մեր խորին ցավակցություններն ու զորակցությունն ենք հայտնում զոհվածների հարազատներին, Սիրիայի Հայ կաթողիկե համայնքին եւ ողջ սիրիահայությանը՝ մաղթելով ուժ, տոկունություն եւ ոգու ամրություն:
Հայաստանը շարունակելու է մարդասիրական աջակցությամբ իր ներդրումը բերել Սիրիայում մարդասիրական իրավիճակի կայունացման գործին»։
