«Սորոսական» դրամաշնորհներ մարզերի հեռուստաընկերություններին

Հատկապես իշխանափոխությունից հետո ՀՀ-ում պարբերաբար քննարկման առարկա է «Բաց հասարակության հիմնադրամի» կամ, այսպես կոչված, Սորոսի հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը: 

Դա պայմանավորված է նաև այն հանգամանքով, որ «սորոսականներն» ակտիվ ներգրավվածություն ունեին թե՛ իշխանափոխության գործընթացում, թե՛ նոր իշխանության կազմում՝ կառավարությունում ու խորհրդարանում: Ազգային արժեքներ կրողների ու պետականամետության դիրքերից հանդես եկողների կարծիքով, այս հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը լրջորեն վտանգում է մեր ավանդական արժեքներն ու այն ամենը, ինչ կապված է հայկականության հետ։ 

Պարբերաբար նշվում է, որ ռիսկային նախագծեր են ֆինանսավորում ՝ հիմնականում ազգային ու պետական շահերին հակասող։ Ահա այս առումով 

«Փաստ» թերթին մի ուշագրավ տեղեկատվություն է հայտնի դարձել, ըստ որի՝ հայաստանյան «սորոսականների» ուշադրության կենտրում են հայտնվել ՀՀ մարզերում գործող մի քանի հեռուստաընկերությունները։ 

Այսպիսով, սեպտեմբերի ընթացքում մարզերի 5 մարզային հեռուստաընկերություն Սորոսի գրասենյակից շուրջ 50 հազար դոլար դրամաշնորհ է ստացել։ 

Հետաքրքիր է նաև, թե կոնկրետ ինչ ուղղվածության տեղեկատվություն տարածելու նպատակով է ծախսվելու տրամադրված գումարը։ 

Մասնավորապես նախատեսվում է այդ դրամաշնորհները Շիրակի մարզում ծախսել դատական ռեֆորմների շուրջ հասարակական տեղեկացվածության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ, Լոռու մարզում՝ առողջապահության, կրթության ոլորտների լուսաբանման ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև նախատեսվում է անցկացնել ազգային փոքրամասնությունների խնդիրների վերաբերյալ քննարկումներ ու դրանց հետ ասոցացվող և ուղղակիորեն կապված հարցերի բարձրաձայնման առումով կոնկրետ ծրագրեր: 

Իսկ, օրինակ՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում ուշադրության կենտրոնում են տեղական ինքնակառավարման, առողջապահական, գյուղատնտեսական հարցերի քննարկման թեմաները, որոնց մասին պետք է պատրաստվեն իրազեկող ու բացատրական նախագծեր: Մեր տեղեկություններով, նշյալ թեմաները լուսաբանվելու են այն կոնտեքստում, ինչ տարիներ շարունակ իրականացնում է այս հիմնադրամը և ինչի օրինակները մենք պարբերաբար տեսնում ենք վերջին մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում նաև կառավարության որոշ ծրագրերի մեջ:
