SOCIETYԲացահայտվել են օտարերկրացիների կողմից երեխաների ապօրինի որդեգրման բազմաթիվ դեպքեր։
ԱԱԾ մամուլի ծառայությունից հայտնում են, որ ըստ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների՝ ՀՀ 2 քաղաքացիներ, օգտագործելով իրենց կապերը հանրապետական մանկաբարձական հաստատություններից մեկում, ՀՀ մի շարք գերատեսչություններում, ինչպես նաև մանկատներում, ՀՀ օրենսդրության կոպիտ խախտմամբ կազմակերպել են ՀՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող 3 տասնյակից ավելի երեխաների որդեգրումները խնամքը ստանձնած Իտալիայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների կողմից:
Դրա համար մանկաբարձական հաստատության կարգադրիչ և այլ կառավարչական գործառույթներով օժտված մի շարք ծառայողներ, ըստ նախնական համաձայնության, ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ՝ շահադիտական դրդումներով, 2016-2018 թթ. ընթացքում սոցիալական կամ անձնական խնդիրների պատճառով հղիության ընդհատման համար ընկերության ծննդատուն դիմած մեկ տասնյակից ավելի կանանց՝ առանձին դեպքերում հղիության փաստը բարձրաձայնելու սպառնալիքով, նորածնի հիվանդությունը չափազանցնելու և սուտ տեղեկություններով հոգեբանորեն ճնշելու եղանակով, հակել են որդեգրման նպատակով հրաժարվել երեխայից ու կամքին հակառակ տալ որդեգրման համաձայնություն, ընդ որում՝ որոշ դեպքերում չեն խորշել ծննդկաններից՝ մատուցած բժշկական ծառայությունների դիմաց որպես կաշառք գումար ստանալուց։ Գրավոր համաձայնություն ստանալուց հետո նորածինների մեծ մասը՝ ուղեկցվող բժշկական փաստաթղթերով, տեղափոխվել են մանկատներ: Նշված հաստատությունների պաշտոնատար անձինք, չարաշահելով պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները, բժշկական փաստաթղթերում ծննդատան կողմից նշված մտացածին ախտորոշումների օգտագործմամբ, խախտել են ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կողմից այդ երեխաներին որդեգրելու իրավունքի առաջնահերթությունը՝ անուղղակի խոչընդոտելով նրանց որդեգրումը ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կողմից։
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով, կատարվում է նախաքննություն։
