Կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում 51 հարց է, որից 33-ը՝ չզեկուցվող, մեկը՝ գաղտնի (ուղիղ)
POLITICSՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած կառավարությունն այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 14-ին, անցկացնում է հերթական նիստը: Նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված է 51 հարց, որից 33-ը չզեկուցվող, մեկը՝ գաղտնի:
Կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված են, մասնավորապես, հետեւյալ հարցերը.
- Ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում «ՊՐՈՅԵԿՏ ԻՆՏԵՐ-ԻՆՎԵՍՏ» եւ «ՏԵՔՍԱՍ ՓՐՈԴԱՔՇԸՆ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերություններին հարկային արտոնություն տրամադրելու մասին,
- Հայաստանի եւ Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի միջեւ 2014 թվականի հունիսի 27-ին ստորագրված «Ջրային ոլորտի համայնքային ենթակառուցվածք» ֆինանսական պայմանագրի թիվ 1 փոփոխության ստորագրման առաջարկությանը հավանություն տալու մասին,
- Անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքով անշարժ գույք հանձնելու մասին,
- «Զինվորական ծառայության եւ զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության առաջարկության մասին,
- Պետական տուրքի ամսական դրույքաչափերի կիրառման համար սահմանամերձ գյուղերի ցանկը սահմանելու մասին,
- Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի միջեւ կնքված ֆինանսական պայմանագրերում փոփոխության ստորագրման առաջարկությանը հավանություն տալու մասին,
- Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ու Վերակառուցման եւ զարգացման միջազգային բանկի միջեւ «Հարկաբյուջետային, տնտեսական եւ պետական հատվածի կառավարման զարգացման քաղաքականության վարկ» վարկային համաձայնագրի ստորագրման առաջարկությանը հավանություն տալու մասին,
- «Սահմանադրական դատարանի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» եւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական օրենքի եւ «Պաշտոնատար անձանց գործունեության ապահովման, սպասարկման եւ սոցիալական երաշխիքների մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթին հավանություն տալու մասին եւ անհետաձգելի համարելու մասին եւ այլ հարցեր:
