Շիրակի տարածքային բաժնի քաղաքաշինական գործունության վերահսկողության մասնագետները, պարբերաբար դիտարկումներ, տեղազննություն և վերահսկողություն են իրականացնում Գյումրիում կառուցվող արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության կենտրոնի շինարարության նկատմամբ։

 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնից, ստուգումներ և տեղազննություն են իրականացվել արտաքին կոմունիկացիաների անցկացման, ներհրապարակային էլեկտրամատակարարման, ջրամատակարարման ու ջրահեռացման աշխատանքների, ավտոմեքենաների կայանատեղերի հարթակի բետոնացման աշխատանքների, տարածքի բարեկարգման և ճանապարհների խճապատման, եզրաքարերի տեղադրման, ասֆալտապատման, արտաքին լուսավորության հենասյուներ տեղադրման, տրանսֆորմատորային ենթակայանի և պարսպի կառուցման շինաշխատանքների նկատմամբ:

Ստուգվել են ընթացքի մեջ գտնվող երկրորդ և չորրորդ մասնաշենքերի մետաղական հիմնակմախքի մոնտաժման, երրորդ մասնաշենքի հատակի ամրանավորման և բետոնացման աշխատանքները։

 

Դիտարկումներից պարզվել է, որ շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքները մեծ մասամբ իրականացվում են նախագծի և շինարարական նորմերի պահանջներին համապատասխան։ Սակայն տեսչական մարմնի Շիրակի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից հայտնաբերվել են մասնակի թերություններ՝ կապված առաջին մասնաշենքի արտաքին աստիճանների բուտո-բետոնային հիմնապատերի տեղադրման, պատերի բետոնյա բլոկների կառուցման աշխատանքների հետ։

Արձանագրված թերությունների վերաբերյալ ցուցումներ են տրվել ենթակապալառու ընկերությանը, որպեսզի սեղմ ժամկետներում շտկի և վերացնի արձանագրված թերությունների հետևանքները։ 

Կառույցի շինարարության գլխավոր կապալառուն «Մերձմոսկովյան» ՓԲ ընկերությունն է, աշխատանքներում ընդգրկված են նաև 10 ենթակապալառու կազմակերպություններ։ Տեխնիկական հսկողությունն իրականացնում է «Շինինդուստրիա ԳՏԿ» ՍՊԸ-ն, հեղինակային հսկողությունը՝ նախագծային փաստաթղթերը մշակող «Ատրիում Թիմ» ՍՊ ընկերությունը։

 

Պայմանավորված մեծածավալ շինարարական աշխատանքների մասշտաբով՝ Տեսչական մարմնի կողմից նմանատիպ վերահսկողությունը կրելու է շարունակական և պարբերական բնույթ:
