Այսքան տարանջատված Հայաստան դեռ չէի տեսել. Վազգեն Մանուկյան
POLITICSՀայաստանում վաղուց զգացվում էր հանգիստ միջավայրում երկրի առջեւ ծառացած հարցերի քննարկման հարթակի ստեղծման անհրաժեշտություն։ Այս մասին ասել է «Վերնատուն» ակումբի հիմնադիր Վազգեն Մանուկյանը նոյեմբերի 15-ի ակումբի նիստում։
Նրա խոսքով՝ յուրաքանչյուր մասնակից մնում է իր կարծիքին, բայց շփումները կարեւոր են կարծիքների ձեւավորման եւ համերաշխության համար։ Ակումբը դեռեւս ձեւավորման փուլում է, մի քանի քննարկումներ են անցկացվել՝ կապված Արցախի, տնտեսության, ներքին իրավիճակի հետ։ «Աստիճանաբար ձեւավորվել է մշտական մասնակիցների շրջանակը, բայց «ակումբի անդամ» հասկացություն առայժմ չկա, եւ ես չեմ շտապում այդ հարցում, որպեսզի բոլորին պարզ լինի, որ սա իմ սեփականությունը չէ, այլ ընդհանուր է»,- նշել է Վազգեն Մանուկյանը։ Այսօրվա նիստի օրակարգում երեք հիմնական հարց է. իրավիճակն Արցախի շուրջ, բարոյահոգեբանական իրավիճակը Հայաստանում, իրավական հարցեր։
Որպես այսօրվա իրավիճակի մեկնակետ Մանուկյանը նշեց 1965 թվականը՝ Սփյուռքի վերածննդի, ազգային գաղափարների արթնացման թվականը։ «Նույնը Խորհրդային Հայաստանում, պետք է հիշել, որ խորհրդային շրջանում Հայաստանը հասել է մեծ հաջողությունների»,- նշեց Մանուկյանը։ Կուտակված գաղափարները պայթեցին Արցախյան շարժմամբ 1988-ին, երբ դվեցին Արցախն ազատագրելու, անկախություն ձեռք բերելու, ուժեղ պետություն կառուցելու խնդիրները։ 1988-ի շարժումը արդյունքներ տվեց, փոխեց Հայաստանի եւ ԽՍՀՄ պատմության ընթացքը, շարունակեց Մանուկյանը։ «Մենք ազատագրեցինք Արցախը, ստացանք անկախություն, հաղթեցինք պարտադրված պատերազմում, դրեցինք ազատ տնտեսության եւ դեմոկրատիայի հիմքերը։ Հետո սկսվեց շեղումը գծից։ Սկզբում՝ կամաց-կամաց, 1995-96 թվականների ընտրություններ, հետո շեղումը շարունակվեց բոլոր իշխանությունների օրոք։ Այն հանգեցրեց ժողովրդի մեջ վտանգավոր հասկացության առաջացմանը՝ պետությունը մերը չէ։ Այն պատկանում է մարդկանց ինչ-որ խմբի։ Պետությունն ընդ որում շարունակում էր զարգանալ։ Ժողովրդի մեջ, միեւնույն է, հասունանում էր միտքը՝ պետությունը մեզ չի պատկանում։ 2018-ին, երբ տեղի ունեցավ պայթյուն, նպատակներն էին՝ ժողովրդին վերադարձնել պետությունը, ապահովել օրինականությունն ու ազնվությունը, ապահովել համերաշխություն։ Հիմա ժամանակն է նայելու՝ հասե՞լ ենք, թե՞ ոչ այդ նպատակներին»,- նշել է Մանուկյանը։
