ՏՄՊՊՀ-ում շուրջ երեք անգամ կրճատվել է բենզինի ծախսը. պարզաբանում

Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովին տրամադրված ծառայողական ավտոմեքենայի թեման վերջերս հաճախ է շրջանառվում զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներում: ՏՄՊՊՀ-ի մամուլի քարտուղար Անի Սմբատյանը պարզաբանեց, որ եթե մինչեւ 2019 թվականի մայիսը հանձնաժողովն ուներ 5 ծառայողական ավտոմեքենա, ապա այժմ հանձնաժողովի հաշվեկշռում առկա է 2 ավտոմեքենա, եւս մեկի փաստաթղթային ձեւակերպումը դեռեւս ընթացքի մեջ է:
«Նշեմ, որ այդ ավտոմեքենան, որը ՏՄՊՊՀ-ին հատկացվել է ՀՀ կառավարության սեպտեմբերի 26-ի որոշմամբ եւ սահմանված կարգով գտնվում է գրանցման փուլում, նախատեսված է Հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գեղամ Գեւորգյանի, հանձնաժողովի 6 անդամների եւ ամբողջ աշխատակազմի սպասարկման համար: ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն պարբերաբար ստուգումներ եւ դիտանցումներ է իրականացնում ամբողջ հանրապետության տարածքում, հետեւապես անհրաժեշտություն էր առաջացել նման բարձր անցողունակության ավտոմեքենայի:
Միաժամանակ հարկ եմ համարում ընդգծել, որ Գեղամ Գեւորգյանի նշանակումից հետո կրճատվել է հանձնաժողովում առկա ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաների քանակը, ինչպես նաեւ էականորեն նվազել են բենզինի եւ սպասարկման ծախսերը:
Եթե մինչեւ 2019 թվականի մայիսը հանձնաժողովն ուներ 5 ծառայողական ավտոմեքենա, ապա այժմ հանձնաժողովի հաշվեկշռում առկա է 2 ավտոմեքենա, եւս մեկի փաստաթղթային ձեւակերպումը դեռեւս ընթացքի մեջ է եւ ունենք վարորդի 1 հաստիք, որը նախատեսված է նախագահի, հանձնաժողովի անդամների եւ աշխատակազմի սպասարկման համար: Բացի այդ, 2018 թվականի ամբողջ տարում ծախսվել է 10 159 լիտր բենզին, որի դիմաց վճարվել է 4 388 660 դրամ, իսկ 2019 թվականի ամբողջ տարվա համար բենզինի ծախսը կկազմի 3555 լիտր՝ 1 478 880 դրամային արտահայտությամբ, այսինքն՝ շուրջ երեք անգամ խնայողություն է եղել: Խնայողություններ ունեցել ենք նաեւ ավտոմեքենաների սպասարկման ծախսերում՝ եթե 2018 թվականին ծախսել է 1 195 910 դրամ, ապա 2019 թվականին 387 000 դրամ կկազմի ամբողջ տարվա փաստացի ծախսը:
Կցանկանայի նաեւ անդրադառնալ լրատվամիջոցներից մեկում տեղ գտած տեղեկատվությանը, թե ՏՄՊՊՀ-ին «գերբարձր աշխատավարձի ֆոնդ» եւ պարգեւատրումների արտաբյուջե է տրամադրվել: ՏՄՊՊՀ աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը, ինչպես բոլոր պետական մարմիններում, կարգավորվում են Պետական պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին օրենքով, հետեւապես նման պնդումն առավել քան անհիմն է, հանձնաժողովը չունի արտաբյուջե. ինչպես բոլոր մնացած մարմիններին հանձնաժողովին եւս հատկացված է պարգեւատրումների ֆոնդ, որը ոչ ավելին է, քան մյուսներինը:
Վերջում եւս մեկ անգամ ցանկանում եմ հերքել բազմիցս հերքված ապատեղեկատվությունը՝ նախկին պաշտոնյաներից որեւէ մեկի հետ Գեղամ Գեւորգյանը «քավոր-սանիկական» կապեր չունի»,- նշել է Անի Սմբատյանը:
