INTERVIEW
Past.am-ը զրուցել է «Ղարաբաղ կոմիտեի» անդամ Աշոտ Մանուչարյանի հետ՝ կապված ռուսական «Սու-24» ինքնաթիռը խոցելու և մեր երկրին սպառնացող հնարավոր ահաբեկչության հետ:
Ըստ պարոն Մանուչարյանի՝ ինքնաթիռի միջադեպի ազդեցությունը կլինի ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանային, այլ նաև գլոբալ առումով:
«Ամեն անգամ, երբ տեղի են ունենում նման միջադեպեր, իսկ առաջինն այն էր, որ Ռուսաստանը զորքեր մտցրեց Սիրիա, աշխարհի ամբողջ խճանկարը փոխվում է: Թվում է, թե ինքնաթիռի հարվածումը փոքր իրադարձություն է, բայց փոխելու է թե՛ գլոբալ պատկերը, թե՛ Թուրքիայի հետ կապված բոլոր խնդիրները:
Լինելով առճակատման մեջ՝ ԱՄՆ-ը և Ռուսաստանը Թուրքիայի ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ կոնսենսուսի են գալիս: Այլևս գոյություն չի ունենալու այդպիսի պետություն, ինչպիսին այսօրվա Թուրքիան է: Միջազգային և գլոբալ խնդիրն այն է, որ երկրորդ ծայրով իրական հարվածը հասցվում է Ռուսաստան-Եվրոպա հնարավոր դաշինքին և «Իսլամական պետության» հետագա ճակատագրին, նաև փախստականների հոսքի հետագա ճակատագրին, որը գլոբալ գործընթացների ասպարեզից է, որովհետև բոլորի համար լրացուցիչ բարդություններ է ստեղծում»,- նշեց Աշոտ Մանուչարյանը:
Խոսելով Հայաստանում ահաբեկչական խմբավորման բացահայտման և հնարավոր վտանգների մասին՝ մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց. «Հայաստանում կան իրական ահաբեկչական վտանգներ, բայց այստեղ այլ հարթության խնդիրներ են: Կոնկետ գնահատականներից զերծ կմնամ:
Կարծում եմ՝ այդ գործընթացների վրա աշխատող համապատասխան մարմինները իմաստուն կլինեն, որպեսզի երկրին մեծ հարվածներ չհասցնեն»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԱԾ-ն Երևանում բացահայտել է «հանցավոր խմբակցություն», որը, ըստ կառույցի մամլո հաղորդագրության, նպատակ է հետապնդել Հայաստանի տարածքում կազմակերպել մի շարք ծանր հանցագործություններ:
