Օլիմպիական չեմպիոն, աշխարհի եռակի, Եվրոպայի քառակի չեմպիոն Արթուր Ալեքսանյանը նշանակվել է Հայաստանում ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ի (ՄԱԿ-ի Մանկական հիմնադրամ) ազգային դեսպան, փոխանցում է NEWS.am Sport-ի թղթակիցը:

 

Նոյեմբերի 20-ին կնշվի երեխաների համաշխարհային օրը: ՄԱԿ-ի «Երեխայի իրավունքների մասին» կոնվենցիայի 30-ամյակի առիթով, ՄԱԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակում նոյեմբերի 18-ին Արթուր Ալեսքսանյանը Հայաստանում ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Տանյա Ռադոչայի կողմից պաշտոնապես նշանակվեց Հայաստանում ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ի ազգային դեսպան:

 

Նախքան նշանակումը հաստատող փաստաթուղթը ստորագրել, Արթուր Ալեքսանյանը ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ի կրտսեր ներկայացուցիչներին պատմեց իր մանկական երազանքների, փոքր տարիքից ճիշտ սննդակարգով ապրելու, սպորտով զբաղվելու իր տեսակետները, նաեւ բացահայտեց իր ամենասիրելի ուտեստը՝ թոնրի խորոված:

 

Զրույցից հետո Հայաստանում ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ի ներկայացուցիչի հետ ստորագրեցին դեսպանի նշանակման ու հետագա համագործակցության փաստաթուղթը:

 

«Ինձ համար մեծ պատիվ է դառնալ ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ի դեսպան: Կարծում եմ, Հայաստանում երեխաները պաշտպանված են: Բայց վերջերս մի քանի վիճակագրական տվյալների ծանոթացա, ըստ որի մինչեւ 5 տարեկան երեխաների 14 տոկոսը գերքաշ է, իսկ 9 տոկոսը՝ թերսնված: Սա շատ լուրջ խնդիր է, որի մասին պետք է մտածել եւ լուծելու ճանապարհներ գտնել: Երեխաները նախ պետք է ճիշտ սնվեն, որ առողջ լինեն: Կօգտագործեմ այս հնարավորությունը եւ կաջակցեմ ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ին՝ Հայաստանում պաշտպանելու յուրաքանչյուր, հատկապես, խոցելի երեխաների առողջ ապրելու իրավունքը», - ասաց Արթուր Ալեքսանյանը:

 

Օլիմպիական չեմպիոնին ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ի գրությամբ կապույտ շապիկ եւ հուշանվեր հաձնվեց՝ ի նշան ՄԱԿ-ի անդամ դառնալու:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ի դեսպան է նաեւ Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականի ավագ, «Ռոմայի» կիսապաշտպան Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանը։
