Պեկինը փորձում է նվազեցնել ամերիկյան դոլարից կախվածությունը

Չինաստանը սաստիկ ենթակա է ամերիկյան դոլարի ազդեցությանը, սակայն հիմա «տարանջատման» ռիսկով Պեկինն իր պահուստները լռելյայն դիվերսիֆիկացնում է՝ աշխարհում ամենախոշոր պահուստային արժույթից իր կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու համար, հայտնում է CNBC-ն:
ANZ Research-ի հաշվետվության մեջ նշված է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Չինաստանի միջեւ առեւտրային լարվածությունը «մեծացրել է 2 խոշորագույն տնտեսությունների միջեւ ֆինանսական տարանջատման վտանգը»: Սպիտակ տունը քննարկել է Չինաստանում ամերիկյան ներդրումների որոշ սահմանափակումներ:
Այս պատճառով, ըստ ANZ կանխատեսման, Պեկինը ռիսկը կկառավարի այլ արժույթներում իր արժութային պահուստների դիվերսիֆիկացման ճանապարհով, ինչպես նաեւ մեծացնելով «ստվերային պահուստները»:
«Չնայած Չինաստանն իր արժութային պահուստների մեծ մասը հատկացնում է ԱՄՆ դոլարով... այլ արժույթներում դիվերսիֆիկացման տեմպերը ավելի շուտ կարագանան»,- նշված է ANZ հաշվետվության մեջ՝ հավելելով, որ երկրում արտասահմանյան արժույթում դոլարի բաժինը, ըստ գնահատականների, հունիսի դրությամբ կազմում էր մոտ 59 տոկոս:
Պեկինը մշտապես կրճատում է ԱՄՆ գանձապետական փոխառության տոմսերի իր պահուստները, որի մեջ ակտիվորեն ներդրումներ է կատարել՝ մինչեւ հունիս Չինաստանը արտասահմանյան խոշոր սեփականատերն էր: DBS հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է, որ 2018 թվականի բարձրակետի պահից Չինաստանը վերջին 14 ամիսներին իր ակտիվները կրճատել է 88 մլրդ դոլարով:
Պեկինը միաժամանակ շարունակում է ընդլայնել ոսկու գնումների ծավալները, իսկ նրա ոսկու պաշտոնական պաշարները հոկտեմբերի դրությամբ ռեկորդային մակարդակում էին՝ 1959,5 տոննա:
Եվս մեկ կարեւոր միջոց է, որով Չինաստանը կկարողանար այս ռիսկը հաղթահարել, ակտիվների այլ տեսակների ստեղծումը, որոնք ANZ-ն անվանել է «ստվերային պահուստներ»: «Մենք փաստացի կարծում ենք, որ Չինաստանի կառավարությունը արդեն զգուշորեն դիվերսիֆիկացրել է իր օֆշորային պորտֆելները, որ ներառի այլընտանքային ներդրումներ»,- նշված է ANZ հաշվետվության մեջ:
