«Անելիք» բանկի իրավաբանին սպանած 54-ամյա կասկածյալը տեղեկանալով, որ ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները իր հետքի վրա են` մեղայականով ներկայացավ

Այսօր` նոյեմբերի 25-ին, ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության և նույն վարչության 2-րդ վարչության, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության, ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության կենտրոնական քննչական բաժնի աշխատակիցների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական ու բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչություն է մեղայականով ներկայացել Երևան քաղաքում գրանցված, սակայն Աշտարակում բնակվող 54-ամյա Մկրտիչ Պողոսյանը:
Վերջինս կասկածվում է երեկ` նոյեմբերի 24-ին, Վարդանանց 14 շենքի դիմաց իր մոտ եղած հրազենով Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչ, սակայն Երևանում բնակվող, 32-ամյա Հովհաննես Աթանյանին սպանելու մեջ:
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով` Մ. Պողոսյանը նույնիսկ ցանկություն է ունեցել լքելու Հայաստանը, սակայն իմացել է, որ Հանրապետությունից դուրս եկող բոլոր անցակետերը վերցված են ոստիկանության ուժեղացված հսկողությոն տակ և տեղեկություններ է ունեցել, որ ոստիկանությունն արդեն իր հետքի վրա է` ինքնակամ ներկայացել է:
Այս պահին նա գտնվում է Կենտրոնական քննչական բաժնում, որտեղ ավագ քննիչ Վարդան Բադալյանի մոտ ցուցմունք է տալիս դեպքի մասին, ինչից հետո, հավանաբար, կհայտնի, թե որտեղ է պահել հանցագործության գործիք` հրազենը, ինչպես նաև ВАЗ 2107 ավտոմեքենան, որով դիմել էր փախուստի:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, Վարդանանց 14 շենքի դիմաց անհայտ անձը կրակոցներ էր արձակել մի քաղաքացու ուղղությամբ, ով տեղում մահացել էր:
Նշված վայր էին ժամանել Երևանի ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Աշոտ Կարապետյանը, Երևանի ոստիկանապետի օպերգծով տեղակալ Սարգիս Մարտիրոսյանը, ոստիկանության Կենտրոնի բաժնի պետ Արտակ Պողոսյանը, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության կենտրոնական քննչական բաժնի քննիչները` Երևանի քննչական վարչության պետի տեղակալ Ահարոն Ներսիսյանի և կենտրոնական քննչական բաժնի պետ Վիգեն Մեսրոպյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել էր նաև Mercedes մակնիշի 83 RR 383 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան, որը պատկանում էր սպանված Հ. Աթանյանին, վերջինս գրանցված էր Գյումրի քաղաքի Երկաթգիծ 29 շենքում, սակայն բնակվում էր Երևանում: Ամուսնացած էր, խնամքին ուներ 2 անչափահաս տղա երեխա:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
