Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում այսօր կշարունակվի Ալավերդի քաղաքի բնակիչ Կամո Փիրուզյանի սպանության գործով դատական նիստը, որի ընթացքում դատարանը կքննարկի սպանությունը պատվիրելու համար մեղադրվող քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Վահագն Աբգարյանին (Ալավերդցի Վահագ) ստորագրությամբ կամ 7 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու՝ պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությունը։ 

Վահագն Աբգարյանի պաշտպանները նման միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել նոյեմբերի 8-ին կայացած դատական նիստի ընթացքում։ 

Նրանք պնդում են, որ դատարանը պետք է ազատ արձակի իրենց պաշտպանյալին, քանի որ գործով վկա Արթուր Մնացականյանն իր նախաքննական ցուցմունքները կեղծ է համարել։ 

Պաշտպանական կողմը նաեւ հայտարարեց, որ Վահագն Աբգարյանն ունի առողջական խնդիրներ, որի բուժման համար կալանավայրում չկան պայմաններ. «Վահագն Աբգարյանին շարունակել կալանքի տակ պահելը կարող է լուրջ խնդիրների առաջ կանգնեցնել պետությանը»։

 Տուժող կողմի իրավահաջորդներն այդ նիստի ընթացքում զարմանք հայտնեցին այն փաստի առթիվ, որ դատարանը ինքն է հիշեցրել Ալավերդցի Վահագի պաշտպաններին միջնորդության մասին։ «Միջնորդություն ունեիք, չէ՞», - պաշտպանական կողմին հարցրեց դատավոր Սուսաննա Գզոգյանը։ 

Տուժողի իրավահաջորդ Լուսինե Սահակյանն էլ հետաքրքրվեց՝ արդյոք դատարանը նախօրոք ծանո՞թ էր միջնորդությանը։ 

Պարզվեց, որ դատարանը նախապես չի ստացել նման միջնորդություն։ Նշենք, որ Կամո Փիրուզյանի սպանության գործով դատավարությունն ընթանում է խիստ լարված մթնոլորտում։ 

Տուժող կողմի պաշտպան Երվանդ Վարոսյանը լրատվամիջոցներին ասել է, որ տուժող կողմին խիստ մտահոգող տարօրինակ զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում։ 

Ըստ նրա, խնդիրն ամենևին այն չէ, որ հայտնվել է վկաներից մեկը, որին Վահագն Աբգարյանի պաշտպանական թիմը գտել բերել է ՌԴ Մոսկվա քաղաքից ու հիմա էլ պահում է Հայաստանում, որ իրենց համար ցանկալի ցուցմունք տա, քանի որ անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ ցուցմունք կտա այդ վկան, քրեական գործում առկա ու արդեն իսկ դատարանում հետազոտված ապացույցներով ամբողջությամբ հիմնավորվել է այն, որ Վահագն Աբգարյանը պատվիրել ու կազմակերպել է Կամո Փիրուզյանի սպանությունը, և դա իրագործել է Վլադիմիր Դավթյանը: 

«Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, գործի փաստական հանգամանքները մի կողմ դրած, գործի է դրվել ինչ-որ աղաղակող մի մեխանիզմ, որն անընդհատ փորձում է հանրությանը համոզել, թե Վահագն Աբգարյանն անմեղ է, ու նրա գլխին, չգիտես ինչու, վատ իրավապահները որոշել են «սարքել»: 

Վահագն Աբգարյանի «սրբադասման» պրոցեսը ևս տապալվելու է և ոչ մի հեռանկար չի ունենալու»,պնդում է փաստաբանը: 

Նա կարծում է, որ այս համատեքստում զարմանալի է սակայն դատարանի պահվածքը: Գործը քննող դատավոր Սուսաննա Գզոգյանը, ըստ փաստաբանի, արդեն չի կարողանում թաքցնել այն, որ ինքը ակնհայտ կողմնակալ է այս գործով ու գտնվում է պաշտպանության կողմի լիակատար ազդեցության տակ և պատրաստ է կատարել նրանց ցանկացած ցանկություն: 

Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ մեղադրանքի, Վահագն Աբգարյանը ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող փամփուշտներ, ակոսափող հրազեն հանդիսացող 2 ատրճանակ, որոնցից մեկն ապօրինի պահելու նպատակով տվել է Արթուր Մնացականյանին, իսկ մյուսը փամփուշտների հետ տվել է Վլադիմիր Դավթյանին, բացի այդ կազմակերպել է Կամո Փիրուզյանի սպանությունը, Թաթուլ Շուշանյանին տվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով, իսկ Արտակ Հովհաննիսյանին՝ խոշոր չափերով կաշառք:
