Քանիցս բարձրաձայնվել է այն մասին, որ «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու» հայ աշխատակիցները դժգոհել են իրենց նկատմամբ կողմնակալ վերաբերմունքից, ինչպես նաև աշխատավարձերի ցածր լինելու հանգամանքից։ 

Նախորդ ամիս նույնպես երկաթուղու մեքենավարները պահանջում էին բարձրացնել իրենց աշխատավարձերը, ինչի արդյունքում տնօրինությունը զիջումների գնաց, և նոյեմբերի մեկից ՀԿԵ աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձը բարձրացավ 10 տոկոսով: 

Տեղեկությունների համաձայն, երկաթուղու հայ և ռուս աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերն էականորեն տարբեր են, ինչն էլ պարբերաբար առաջացնում է տեղացի աշխատակիցների դժգոհությունը։ 

Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՌԴ-ից մեքենավարների երկու նոր բրիգադ է գործուղվել Հայաստան, որոնք նախօրեին արդեն դուրս են եկել աշխատանքի՝ փոխարինելով հայ մեքենավարներին: 

ՀԿԵ-ում խոսակցություններ կան, որ ՓԲԸ-ի տնօրինության սրտով չի եղել հայ աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերի 10 տոկոս բարձրացումը, և ներքին պլան են մշակել՝ աշխատողներին պատժելու համար: 

Նշենք նաև, որ «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ աշխատակիցներին երեկվանից հանգիստ չի տալիս կատարվածը, իսկ տեղի ունեցած գործընթացների մասին երկաթուղու գլխամասից ոչ մի պարզաբանում չեն ներկայացրել։ 

Հավելենք, որ ռուս մեքենավարները ստանալու են մոտ երեք անգամ շատ աշխատավարձ։ 

Ի դեպ, տարածքին անտեղյակ, անփորձ ռուս մեքենավարների հետ կապված՝ Գյումրու լոկոմոտիվային դեպոյի մեքենավարները երեկ գրություն են ուղարկել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ, դատախազություն և ոստիկանություն:
