Ֆուտբոլի Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականի երկրպագուների ՖԱՖ շարժումը ներկայացրել է մանրամասներ Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Արթուր Վանեցյանի հետ քննարկումից, որը տեղի է ունեցել նոյեմբերի 21-ին ՀՖՖ գործադիր կոմիտեի արտահերթ նիստից առաջ։

«Վերջին 3 ամիսների ընթացքում հայկական ֆուտբոլում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները, տիրող մթնոլորտը և ներքին տարաձայնություններն ունեցան իրենց ուղիղ ազդեցությունը Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականի մրցելույթների վրա՝ որոնց գագաթնակետը դարձավ Իտալիա - Հայաստան հանդիպումը։

Ժամանակավրեպ ենք համարում, Արթուր Վանեցյանի և ՀՖՖ գործադիր կոմիտեի անդամների քաղաքական հակամարտության մեջ փնտրել մեղավորին, միևնույն ժամանակ, ակնհայտ է, որ այս հակամարտությունը շարունակական վնաս է հասցնում մեր ֆուտբոլին: Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալը կարծում ենք , որ և Արթուր Վանեցյանը և Գործադիր կոմիտեի ամբողջ կազմը պետք է հաջորդաբար հրաժարականներ ներկայացնեն:

Հույժ կարևոր խնդիր է ՀՖՖ ժողովի (սա ՀՖՖ բարձրագույն մարմինն է, որն ընտրում է և՛ նախագահին, և՛ գործկոմի անդամներին) կազմի ֆիլտրումը, քանի որ այստեղ գրանցված 35 հասարակական կազմակերպությունների գերակշիռ մասը ունեն անհայտ ծագում, մի մասը առհասարակ չի գործում և կրում է սիմվոլիկ բնույթ, ինչպես նաև այստեղ է հայտնվել ՀՖՖ նախկին նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի «թեթև ձեռքով»՝ ծառայելով նեղ անձնական շահերի։

«Առաջին Հայկական Ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավար խորհրդի անդամները գործկոմի նիստից առաջ հանդիպել են ՀՖՖ նախագահի հետ և առաջարկել քայլերի հետևյալ հաջորդականությունը՝ ՀՖՖ ժողովի անդամ ՀԿ-ների ֆիլտրում՝ ձևավորելով անաչառ, իրական ֆուտբոլային մարմին, ՀՖՖ նախագահի հրաժարական, գործադիր կոմիտեի արձակում։

Կարծում ենք քաղաքական գործիչները և ֆուտբոլի հետ աղերս չունեցող մարդիկ չպետք է հայտնվեն գործադիր կոմիտեի կազմում, ինչպես նաև այստեղ չպետք է լինեն ակումբների սեփականատերը, որպեսզի չստեղծվեն անհավասար պայմաններ հայկական ակումբային ֆուտբոլում։

«Առաջին Հայկական Ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավար խորհրդի անդամների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Արթուր Վանեցյանը հայտարարեց, որ պատրաստ է ընդունել մեր կողմից ներկայացված հրաժարականի հորդորը, պայմանով, որ գործադիր կոմիտեի անդամները ևս հեռանան և իրականացվի ՀՖՖ ժողովի անդամ ՀԿ-ների ֆիլտրում և մաքրում անհայտ ծագմամբ և ոչ ֆուտբոլային ՀԿ-ներից, որոնք մեր պահանջների հավասարաչափ կարևոր կետերն են։

Այս հայտարարության պահանջը պետք է իրականացվի ամենասեղմ ժամկետներում, այլ ճանապարհ չկա»,- նշվում է ՖԱՖ-ի հայտարարությունը։

ՀՖՖ գործկոմի արտահերթ նիստը շարունակվում է։
