Երեւանի կենտրոում հրդեհի հետեւանքով այրվել է 250 մետր քառակուսի տարածք. ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայության պետ
SOCIETYԱմբողջ տարածքը 500 քառակուսի մետր է, որից 50–ն այրվել էր մինչեւ մեր գալը եւ հրդեհաշիջման արդյունքում եւս 200–ն այրվեց։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 21–ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայության պետ Վրեժ Գաբրիելյանը՝ անդրադառնալով այսօր Աբովյան եւ Պուշկինի փողոցների խաչմերուկում գտնվող Beer Academy-ում բռնկված հրդեհին (ֆոտոռեպորտաժ)։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ուժերը բավարար են եւ շուտով կրակը կմարեն։
«Ջրի մատակարարումը բավարար է, ոչ մի խնդիր չկա։ Մեծ հրդեհը միանգամից չի հրդեհաշիջվում, մարտավարությունն ընտրվում է այնպես, որ կարողանանք այն մեկուսացնել, որպեսզի չծավալվի, հետո արդեն այդ մեկուսացված տարածքում ակտիվ հրդեհաշիջում իրականացնել»,– ասաց Գաբրիելյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ հրդեհի բռնկման պատճառը պարզելու համար հատուկ հրդեհատեխնիկական փորձաքննություն պետք է անցկացվի, բայց չբացառեց նաեւ մարդկային գործոնը։
«Հետաքննության վարչություն գոյություն ունի, որն էլ կզբաղվի։ Որ մարդկային գործոնի արդյունք է, միանշանակ է, այսինքն տեխնիկական առումով օրինակ կարող է լարերը ոչ ճիշտ միացված լինեն անվտանգության կանոններն ապահոված չլինեն, դրանից առաջանա»,– ասաց Գաբրիելյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ելնելով տարածքի առանձնահատկությունից են կանչը բարձրացրել. «Սա երկրորդ կանչով էլ կկարողանայինք ապահովել, բայց քանր որ հրդեհը կարող էր ավելի զարգանալ, դրա համար մենք կանչը բարձրացրեցինք, երրորդ կանչ հայտարարեցինք, որպեսզի ուժերը լրիվ բավարար լինեն, կարողանանք անվտանգությունն ապահովել»։
Նշենք, որ այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 21-ին, ժամը 13:59-ին «911» ծառայություն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երեւանի Աբովյան եւ Պուշկինի փողոցների խաչմերուկում՝ երկհարկանի շինության տանիքում, հրդեհ է բռնկվել:
Հրդեհի բարդության «1-ԲԻՍ» կանչով դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Երեւան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներից չորս մարտական հաշվարկ, ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի արտակարգ իրավիճակների արձագանքման եւ օպերատիվ խմբերը, ինչպես նաեւ հոգեբանական աջակցության բաժնի հոգեբանական խորհրդատվության գծով հրահանգիչը։ Ժամը 14:10-ին հայտարարվել է հրդեհի բարդության «Թիվ-2» աստիճան: Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Երեւան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներից եւս երկու մարտական հաշվարկ եւ մեկ ավտոսանդուղք: Ժամը 14:19-ին հրդեհի բարդության աստիճանը բարձրացվել է «Թիվ-3» կանչի: Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Երեւան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներից եւս չորս մարտական հաշվարկ եւ մեկ ավտոսանդուղք: Պարզվել է, որ հրդեհը բռնկվել է Աբովյան 10 հասցեում գտնվող ռեստորանի տանիքում: Այրվում են տանիքի փայտյա կառուցատարրերը:
