ԱԺ նախկին փոխնախագահ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․

«Աննա Դանիբեկյանի հեռանալու հրամայականը

Նախորդ օրը, երբ հետևում էի քաղաքական ամենամեծ դատավարությանը, ուսումնասիրում դատավորի կեցվածքն ու պահվածքը, անընդհատ աճում էր համոզմունքս, որ առաջին հերթին իշխանության համար է ձեռնտու, որ այս տիկինը հեռացվի դատավարությունից: Ի դեպ, առաջին անգամ եմ անդրադառնում սույն դատավորի մասնակցությամբ վարվող դատավարությանը:

Նախ` նա չի կատարում ՍԴ որոշումները թե’ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 35-րդ հոդվածի հակասահմանադրականության մասով լուծումների տեսանկյունից, և թե’ գրավի կիրառման տեսանկյունից` մերժելով դրա միջնորդությունը հենց իրավական տեսանկյունից, այն դեպքում, երբ հենց այդ իրավական խնդիրն է ԼՈՒԾՎԵԼ համապատասխան որոշումով:

Բացի այդ` ակնառու էր և բացահայտ պաշտպանական թիմի հանդեպ նրա բացասական վերաբերմունքը, որը հատկապես վերջին նիստին կապիտալիզացվում էր իրավական կոպիտ խախտումներով, ընդհատումներ, մերժումներ և այլն, որոնք ի դեպ նրա կողմից անտեսվում էին մեղադրող կողմի դեպքում: Բացի այդ դատավորի մոտ նկատվում է ակնհայտ նեղացվածություն և վրեժի զգացողություն: Նա նեղսրտած է վարչապետի բառապաշարին համահունչ կալանավորված տղաների կողմից իրեն հնչեցրած հարցից (վնգստացող է ինքը թե՞ ոչ) ու այդ հարցի հնչեցման համար անհասկանալի կերպով վրեժ է լուծում պաշտպանական թիմից: Մերժում է ինչ հնարավոր է, բացարձակ չխորանալով ներկայացվող փաստարկների մեջ: Նա պարփակվել է իր մեջ և չի ցանկանում տեսնել, որ իր այս վարքագծով ինքը ամեն վայրկյան դրական է պատասխանում այն հարցին, որ իրեն հնչեցրել էին: Ավելին նա ապացուցում է, որ իրեն դուր է գալիս այդպիսին լինելը:

 

Արմեն Դանիելյանը, ինչպես նաև այս տիկինը միջնաժամկետ կտրվածքով նվեր են 2-րդ նախագահի պաշտպանական թիմին, ու երբ օրինակ հռետորական ու քաղաքականացված հարց է հնչում, թե ինչու՞ չի սկսում այս դատավարությունը, պատասխանը այդտեղ է պետք փնտրել: Ընդհանուր առմամբ ասում են` ամեն ինչ` անգամ ծառայելը, վախենալը, ենթարկվելը չափի մեջ է լավ, ամենածառայամիտները, վախկոտներն ու ենթարկվողները պրոբլեմ են հենց տերերի համար: Իսկ փաստաբանների խնդիրն է քայլ առ քայլ ցույց տալ, ընդ որում այլևս առաջին հերթին դրսի լսարանին, որ սա բացառապես քաղաքական դատավարություն է: Իսկ դանիելյանարմենները, դանիբեկյանաննաները միայն ու միայն օգնում են այս հարցում:

 

Հ.Գ. Թեև դատավորին անձամբ չեմ ճանաչում, բայց եթե վստահ լինեի, որ Աննա Դանիբեկյանը պահպանել է իրեն երբեմնի վերագրվող որակները` համեստությունը, գլուխը կախ գործ անելն ու հարցի մեջ խորանալը գնահատականներս այսքան կոշտ չէին լինի:
