Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին եւ Ղարաբաղի ու Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շփման գծում ակտիվության սեզոնն ավարտին է մոտենում: Այս ժամանակահատվածում ղեկավարությանը զեկուցվում է այն մասին, թե ինչի է հաջողվել հասնել: Այս մասին նոյեմբերի 21-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց Հայաստանի առաջին հետախուզական-դիվերսիոն ջոկատի հիմնադիր Վովա Վարդանովը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ պահպանվող ոչ մեծ լարվածությունը կապված է այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ եթե անգամ հայկական կողմը հակազդելու հնարավորություն ունի, իրեն դա թույլ չի տալիս:
«Նկատի ունեմ ադրբեջանցիների սողոսկումները Վրաստանի տարածք։ Այդ գործընթացը տեղի է ունենում արդեն 5-6 տարի, բայց վերջին ժամանակներս սաստկացել է»,- նշեց նա։
Փորձագետն ընդգծեց, որ այդ դիրքերի վրա ճնշում գործադրելը բարդ է, որովհետեւ եթե վրացիներն ադրբեջանցիների դեպքում լռում են տնտեսական ու քաղաքական գործոնների ազդեցության ներքո, ապա Հայաստանի պարագայում չեն լռի։ «Դրա համար Ադրբեջանն այնտեղ ավելի շահավետ պայմաններում է։ Բայց եթե անգամ խախտումներ լինեն վրացական սահմանի կողմից, ապա իրադարձությունների զարգացման այդ տարբերակը եւս վերահսկողության տակ է։ Ակտիվ գործողություններ մեր կողմում չկան, բայց կատարվում է մշտական դիտարկում»,- ամփոփեց Վարդանովը։
