Երեկ ՝  նոյեմբերի 21-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 13:32-ի սահմաններում Դավիթ Բեկի պողոտայում բախվել են Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ, 30-ամյա Արծրուն Գրիգորյանի վարած ЗИЛ 130 մակնիշի 34 AM 035 համարանիշի և BMW մակնիշի 36 LX 328 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները:

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով ЗИЛ-ը կողաշրջվել է, իսկ BMW-ն մի քանի մասի է բաժանվել և վերածվել մետաղե ջարդոնի: 1 հոգի տեղում մահացել է, մեկ հոգի տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց:

Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ 2 մարտական հաշվարկով: Փրկարարները հոսանքազրկել են կողաշրջված ЗИЛ-ը և սահմանազատել տարածքը:

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև Երևանի ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողները՝ Երևանի ՃՈ պետ Վահան Էվինյանի գլխավորությամբ: Վթարի մասին Երևանի ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ճանապարհատրասնպորտային հանցագործությունների քննության բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արտաշես Վանյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Սամվել Սամվելյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Արթուր Գասոյանի գլխավորությամբ: Փաստի առթիվ Ա. Գասոյանի որոշմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վարորդների, մահացածի և վիրավորի ամբողջական տվյալները: Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է նաև, ով BMW-ն ամբողջովին բաժանվել է մի քանի մասերի և մեքենայի տարբեր հատվածներ իրարից հեռու են շպրտվել:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ վթարի մեղավորը եղել է BMW-ի վարորդը, ով մեծ արագությամբ դուրս է եկել հանդիպակաց գոտի և մխրճվել իր թույլատրելի հատվածով երթևեկող ЗИЛ-ի մեջ, ինչն էլ դարձել է մահվան պատճառ և ЗИЛ-ն էլ կողաշրջվել է: SHAMSHYAN.com-ը ներկայացնում է տեսանյութ, թե ինչպես է տեղի ունեցել խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթարը, որով ակնհայտ պարզ է դառնում, թե վարորդներից ում ավտոմեքենան է դուրս եկել հանդիպակաց երթևեկելի գոտի: Քիչ առաջ ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնեց, որ ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզել են՝ BMW-ն վարել է Երևան քաղաքի Սարի Թաղի բնակիչ՝ 24-ամյա Սահակ Ղազանչյանը, ով տեղում մահացել է, իսկ նրա ուղևոր՝ Սարի Թաղի բնակիչ՝ 21-ամյա Ռոբերտ Կարապետյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ բժշկական կենտրոն։ Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ վիրավոր Ռ. Կարապետյանն աշխատում է «Ամերիաբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ում։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
