Ո՞ւմ են իրականում վճարում ՀՀ քաղաքացիները՝ վիզա ստանալու համար. նորից օֆշոր

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովը մի հետաքրքիր ուսումնասիրություն է սկսել: Պարզվում է, որ Լեհաստանի, Հունաստանի եւ մի քանի այլ դեսպանատներ վերջին շրջանում սկսել են սերտորեն համագործակցել նորաթուխ մի ընկերության հետ, որի հիմնադրի հետքերը տանում են, ըստ ամենայնի, դեպի օֆշոր:
Մասնավորապես, դեսպանատները հրաժարվում են վիզաների տրամադրման համար քաղաքացիներից ընդունել փաստաթղթերը եւ ուղղորդում են «Ինտերստամպ» ընկերություն, որպեսզի դրա միջնորդությամբ ձեւակերպեն վիզաները: Ընկերության ծառայությունն, իհարկե, անվճար չէ, ծառայության դիմաց, բացի վիզայի համար նախատեսված հյուպատոսական ծախսերից, «Ինտերստամպը» հավելյալ գանձում է 12 հազար դրամ:
Նկատենք, որ ԵՄ հետ վիզային ռեժիմի դյուրացումից հետո նախկին 60 եվրոյի փոխարեն՝ եվրոպական երկրներ մուտքի արտոնագրերը ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար այժմ արժե 30 եվրո, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում էլ անվճար են:
ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանը նշել է, որ հանձնաժողովը վարույթ է հարուցել ՀՀ քաղաքացիների բողոքների հիման վրա, ուսումնասիրությունները դեռ շարունակվում են:
ՀՀ պետռեգիստրի տվյալների համաձայն՝ «Ինտերստամպ» ընկերությունը գրանցվել է անցած տարվա մայիսին: Հիմնադիրը «ՓԱՐԱՍՈՖԹ ՔՈՆՍԱԼԹԻՆԳ» անվամբ ընկերությունն է, որը ՀՀ ռեզիդենտ չէ: Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ այն խոշոր կորպորացիայի դուստր է, իսկ ծագումնաբանությունը սկիզբ է առնում օֆշորից»:
