INTERVIEWՀարց. Որն է Ձեր դիրքորոշումը Սիրիայի հյուսիսում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումների վերաբերյալ:
Զոհրաբ Մնացականյան. Սիրիայի հյուսիսում բնակվող քրիստոնյա փոքրամասնությունների պաշտպանությունը վտանգված է այս ներխուժման պատճառով: Մենք շատ անհանգստացած ենք. շարունակելու ենք ակտիվորեն աշխատել միջազգայն հանրության հետ մասին՝ ազգային և կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ:
Մեր հայրենակիցները Սիրիայի քաղաքացիական բնակչության մասն են և ամեն օր պետք է դիմակայեն վտանգներին և անորոշություններին, որոնք աճում են Սիրիայի հյուսիսում թուրքական ներխուժով:
Հարց. Զարմացա՞ծ եք Միացյալ Նահանգների Սենատի արգելակով հայերի ցեղասպանության հարցում:
Զոհրաբ Մնացականյան. Շատ կարևոր է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները, ինչպես նաև այլ պետությունները, ազգերը շարունակեն ներգրավվածությունը նոր ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման և Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցում: Հայերը երախտապարտ են Իտալիային և իտալական խորհրդարանին անցյալ տարվա ապրիլին Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը ճանաչող բանաձև ընդունելու համար: Նույն գործընթացը ընթանում է աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններում: Որոշիչ է նաև այն, որ Թուրքիան հաշվի նստի սեփական պատմության հետ:
Ճանաչել աշխարհում իրականացված յուրաքանչյուր ցեղասպանություն հանձնառություն է հաջորդ ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման համար, հստակ ուղերձ հետապնդման ենթարկվողների, որ այլևս անպատժելիություն գոյություն չունի:
Հարց. Պարոն նախարար, ինչ մակարդակի վրա են Իտալիայի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունները, ինչպե ՞ս կարող են դրանք բարելավվել:
Զոհրաբ Մնացականյան. Իտալիայի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունները կարելի է գնահատել գերազանց: Մենք ունենք միասին աշխատելու դարերի ավանդույթ և շարունակելու ենք այդ աշխատանքները, քանի որ այս հարաբերությունների հիմքը մեր պատմական համագործակցության մեջ է՝ հարստացնելու մարդկությունը քաղաքակրթական առավել բարձր արժեքներով:
