Արթուր Գոյունյանը Ռյազանում մասնակցել է ԱՊՀ երկրների քրեակատարողական ծառայությունների ղեկավարների համաժողովին
POLITICSՆոյեմբերի 20-ից 22-ը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Ռյազան քաղաքում՝ Ռուսաստանի պատիժների կատարման դաշնային ծառայության ակադեմիայում, տեղի է ունեցել «Հանցագործություն, պատիժ, ուղղում» խորագրով միջազգային 4-րդ պենիտենցիար համաժողովը, որին մասնակցել է նաեւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ, արդարադատության գեներալ-մայոր Արթուր Գոյունյանը:
Համաժողովի հիմնական նպատակներն են եղել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության եւ այլ երկրների քրեակատարողական ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչների ու քրեական պատիժների կատարման հարցերով զբաղվող գիտական միությունների համար երկխոսության միջազգային հարթակի ձեւավորումը, ինչպես նաեւ համաշխարհային փորձի հիման վրա դատապարտյալների հետ աշխատանքի հեռանկարային նոր մեթոդների մշակումն ու կենսագործումը։
Համաժողովի շրջանակներում տեղի է ունեցել գործնական հանդիպում ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ Արթուր Գոյունյանի եւ Ռուսաստանի պատիժների կատարման դաշնային ծառայության տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Կալաշնիկովի միջեւ, որի ժամանակ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել համագործակցությունն առավել առարկայական ու արդյունավետ դարձնելու, ինչպես նաեւ ուսումնական կադրերի արդիական վերապատրաստման վերաբերյալ:
Քննարկվել են նաեւ անվտանգության ու պահպանության ոլորտներում՝ տարիների ընթացքում ձեռք բերված աշխատանքային լավագույն միջոցների փոխանակմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
Քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետն առանձնազրույց է ունեցել նաեւ Ռուսաստանի պատիժների կատարման դաշնային ծառայության ակադեմիայի պետ Ալեքսանդր Կրիմովի հետ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկու պետությունների քրեակատարողական ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչների միջեւ փորձի փոխանակմանն առնչվող հարցեր։
Համաժողովի ավարտին ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ Ա. Գոյունյանը Ռուսաստանի պատիժների կատարման դաշնային ծառայության ակադեմիայի 85-ամյակի կապակցությամբ պարգեւատրվել է հոբելյանական մեդալով:
Նշենք, որ համաժողովը նվիրված էր նաեւ Ռուսաստանի պատիժների կատարման դաշնային ծառայության ակադեմիայի 85 եւ Ռուսաստանի քրեակատարողական համակարգի 140-ամյակներին:
