Ադրբեջանցի լրագրողների «էքսկուրսիան» ԱԻՆ-ում

Հայ և ադրբեջանցի լրագրողների փոխայցերի շրջանակներում Հայաստան էր այցելել ադրբեջանցի երեք լրագրող: Ծրագիրը համակարգել է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչը:
Նման այցերի կարևորությունն ու իրենց նպատակին ծառայելու հավանականությունը այլ խնդիր են, դա միանշանակ գնահատականի չի արժանացել ո՛չ Հայաստանի, ո՛չ էլ Ադրբեջանի հասարակության կողմից:
Սակայն խնդիրը զուտ այցերը չեն:
«Փաստ» թերթին ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել Հայաստան այցելած ադրբեջանցի լրագրողների որոշ «էքսկուրսիաների» հետ կապված: Մեր ստացած տեղեկություններով, ՀՀ իշխանությունները հնարավորություն են ընձեռել ադրբեջանցի երկու լրագրողի մուտք գործել արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարություն և այնտեղ ծանոթանալ նախարարության կազմում գործող ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնի աշխատանքների հետ։ Ավելին՝ թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, նրանք մուտք են գործել նաև ԱԻՆ շենքում գտնվող պահեստային ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն։
Նշենք, որ սա մի կառույց է, որն ստեղծված է պատերազմական կամ ֆորս-մաժորային իրավիճակներում պատշաճ կառավարում իրականացնելու համար:
Տեղեկությունը ճշտելու համար զանգահարեցինք արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարություն:
Այստեղ չհերքեցին մեր տեղեկությունը, սակայն խնդրեցին մանրամասների համար դիմել արտգործնախարարություն:
ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում հաստատեց տեղեկությունը՝ նշելով, որ ԱԻՆ ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն է այցելել ադրբեջանցի երեք լրագրող։
«Ադրբեջանցի լրագրողները ճանաչողական այցի շրջանակներում այցելել են մի շարք կազմակերպություններ, այդ թվում՝ ԱԻՆ ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն»,-ասաց Նաղդալյանը։
