Բնապահպանները դատի են տվել փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանին։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Datalex դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի: Նրանք պահանջում են պարտավորեցնել փոխվարչապետին զրպարտություն համարվող տվյալները հերքել։
Ավինյանին դատի տված բնապահպաններն են ՝ Թեհմինե Ենոքյանը, Անի Խաչատրյանը, Արթուր Գրիգորյանը, Լևոն Գալստյանը, Արկադի Գրիգորյանը, Միհրդատ Ներսիսյանը, Գագիկ Գրիգորյանը, Թեհմինե Հունանյանը, Սուսաննա Մարգարյանը, Հենրի Հարությունյանը, Ասքանազ Հովհաննիսյանը, Բորիս Խաչատրյանը, Գոռ Այվազյանը, Աննա Շահնազարյանը, Միլենա Բաղդասարյանը։
Բնապահպան Աննա Շահնազարյանը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ խոսքը Տիգրան Ավինյանի այն հայտարարության մասին է, որով նա պնդում էր, որ բնապահպանները ֆինանսավորվում են հանքարդյունաբերական ոլորտի գործարարների կողմից։
Նրա խոսքով՝ բնապահպանները հարցում են ուղարկել Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակ, որտեղ հրաժարվել են մեկնաբանել, թե ում է նկատի ունեցել նա։
«Թբիլիսիում փոխվարչապետի կողմից հնչեցված մտքերի վերաբերյալ հավելյալ մեկնաբանություններ առկա չեն»,-բնապահպաններին պատասխանել են Ավինյանի գրասենյակից։
Սրանից հետո բնապահպանները դիմել են դատարան՝ պահանջելով հերքել այդ հայտարարությունը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ հոկտեմբերի 22-ին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը Թբիլիսիում, մասնավորապես, ասել է․
«Իրազեկեմ ձեզ, որ Ամուլսարի դեմ ծավալված արշավը միանշանակ չէ: Կան անկեղծ եւ ազնիվ մարդիկ, որոնք իրապես հավատում են, որ այս ծրագիրը աղետ է: Բայց նաև կան մարդիկ, որոնք ուղղակիորեն կապված են ՀՀ տարածքում հանքարդյունաբերական ոլորտի գործարարների հետ, որոնք բավական լուրջ ֆինանսական միջոցներ էին ներդնում, որպեսզի այս արշավը կազմակերպվի: Թե չէ, վստահեցնում եմ ձեզ, դուք Ամուլսարի մասին չէիք լսելու, որովհետև նման հնչեղություն հաղորդելու համար լուրջ ֆինանսական միջոցներ են պետք և լուրջ արշավ է պետք կազմակերպել, որը ինտենսիվորեն դեռևս 2016-2017 թվականից արվում է»:
