Բագրատաշենցի Ալի Ինսանովն ընդդեմ ջուջեւանցի Շահին Մուստաֆաեւի

Ադրբեջանի առողջապահության  նախկին նախարար Ալի Ինսանովը ստեղծում է ընդդիմադիր,   Ադրբեջանի Արդարություն կուսակցությունը։  Նա 2005 թվականից մինչեւ 2019թ․ մարտի 16-ը ազատատազրկված է եղել։  Ա․ Ինսանովը 1992 թվականին ստեղծված  «Ենի Ադրբեջան» կուսակցության հիմնադիրներից է, այդ կուսակցությունը իշխող է Ադրբեջանում։

 

Ա․ Ինսանովը ծնվել է  1946թ․ Նոյեմբերյանի շրջանի Բագրատաշեն գյուղում։ Հեյդար Ալիևի երբեմնի մերձավոր զինակիցը բանտից դուրս գալուց հետո  պաշտոնական Բաքվին կոչ է արել  հրաժարվել ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությունից և գործուն քայլեր ձեռնարկել հայերի հետ հաշտության եզրեր գտնելու ուղղությամբ:

 

Ինսանովն այս մասին հայտարարել է  «Ամերիկայի ձայն»-ի ադրբեջանական ծառայությանը տված հարցազրույցում: Սա նրա առաջին շփումն էր լրագրողների հետ բանտից դուրս գալուց հետո, որտեղ նախկին նախարարը Իլհամ Ալիևի դեմ հեղաշրջում կազմակերպելու  եւ այլ մեղադրանքներով 14 տարի էր անցկացրել:

 

«Մենք պետք է վերջ տանք ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությանը: Երկու ժողովուրդները մեղավոր չեն, որ հակամարտությունը նման սուր բնույթ է ստացել: Հարկավոր է հաշտության գնալ: Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը կարող է լուծվել բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով, այդ իսկ պատճառով Ադրբեջանը պետք է հանդես գա որպես վստահելի գործընկեր: Այսօր, սակայն, միջազգային հանրությունը ղարաբաղյան խնդրի լուծման հարցում Ադրբեջանին չի վստահում»,- նշել է Ինսանովը:

 

 Ի տարբերություն այժմ խիստ ընդդիմադիր Ալի Ինսանովի, ծնունդով Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանի  Ջուջեւան գյուղից Շահին  Մուստաֆաեւը իշխանության վերնախավում է, նա զբաղեցնում է Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնը։

 

 2019թ․ հոկտեմբերի 22-ին ն  Շահին Մուստաֆաեւին նշանակվել է Ադրբեջանի վարչապետի տեղակալ: Վերջինս մինչ այդ Ադրբեջանի էկոնոմիկայի  նախարարն էր:

 

Շահին Աբդըլլայի Մուստաֆաեւը ծնվել է 1965թ․ Նոյեմբերյան քաղաքի հարեւանությամբ գտնվող Ջուջեւան գյուղում,  ուսում է ստացել  Ջուջեւանի ութամյա, Նոյեմբերյանի թիվ 2 միջնակարգ դպրոցներում եւ Երեւանի ժողովրդական տնտեսության ինստիտուտում(2 տարի է սովորել)։ Նա Նոյեմբերյանի թիվ 2 միջնակարգ դպրոցն ավարտել է  գերազանցությամբ:

 

Ծնունդով Ոսկեվանից  Սերգեյ Եգանյանը Շահին Մուստաֆաեւի  մասին ասել  է․ «Ես վկա եմ եղել 1988թ․ փետրվարի 20-ին, ժամը 22-ին  Ազատության հրապարակում Շահին Մուստաֆաեւի ելույթին։ Իր ելույթում նա կրկնեց Նարիման Նարիմանովի 1920թ․ դեկտեմբերի 2-ի ուղերձը հայ ժողովրդին, որտեղ նշվում  է, որ Նախիջեւանը, Զանգեզուրը եւ Ղարաբաղը հայկական տարածքներ են, այլեւս մեջ միջեւ վիճելի տարածքներ չկան։ Շահինը նաեւ նշեց, որ Ղարաբաղը հայկական տարածք է, եւ  Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի պայքարն արդարացի է»:
