Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նոյեմբերի 26-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանի «Ռոլան Բիկով» հիմնադրամի նախագահ, «Ռոլան» մանկապատանեկան ֆիլմերի միջազգային փառատոնի տնօրեն Նունե Մանուկյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը գոհունակություն է հայտնել հիմնադրամի կողմից Արցախի հետ կապը մշտապես պահելու, տարբեր ոլորտներում ծրագրեր իրականացնելու եւ տեղի պատանիներին կրթամշակութային նախագծերում ներգրավելու կապակցությամբ:
Նունե Մանուկյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար, ներկայացրել է վերջերս տեղի ունեցած «Ռոլան» մանկապատանեկան ֆիլմերի միջազգային փառատոնի արդյունքները եւ անդրադարձել փառատոնին Արցախի մասնակցությանը՝ ի դեմս մանկապատանեկան ժյուրիի:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են մշակութային կապերի զարգացմանը, կինոարվեստի ոլորտում վարպետաց դասերի կազմակերպմանը եւ տարբեր բնագավառներում շարունակական ծրագրերի շուրջ համագործակցությանը:
