Գազի հավանական թանկացումը 2020-ի բյուջեում անտեսվել է

2020 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագծում մի առանցքային բաց կա, որը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում մատնացույց արեցին մի քանի տնտեսագետներ:
Բյուջեի նախագծի վերջին հատվածում, որը կոչվում է «Ռիսկերի գնահատման հատված», որպես կանոն, հիմնականում շեշտվում են այն հնարավոր ռիսկերը, որոնք կարող են ազդել բյուջեի կատարման վրա և ընթացքում որոշակի շեղումներ արձանագրել:
Պարզվում է՝ 2020 թվականի բյուջեի այս հատվածում ներառված չէ ՀՀ ներմուծվող գազի գնի հնարավոր թանկացման փաստը։ Եթե հաշվի առնենք քննարկումները, որոնք շրջանառվում են արդեն մի քանի ամիս, ապա ապրիլից հետո գազի գնի բարձրացումը, մեղմ ասած, անհավանական չէ։ Իսկ թե ինչ ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ գազի գնի թանկացումը, ավելի լայն ու լուրջ քննարկման առիթ է։
Սակայն տնտեսագետները կարծում են, որ ամեն դեպքում ռիսկերի գնահատման հատվածում անհրաժեշտ էր արձանագրել գազի հավանական թանկացումը:
«Չի թանկանա, շատ ավելի լավ, բայց հավանական զարգացումները կանխատեսելն ու ռիսկերը գնահատելն անհրաժեշտ է. ի վերջո, ով է ասել, որ բոլոր ռիսկերն անպայման պիտի իրականություն դառնան»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկը:
