Այս դիետայի մեծ պլյուսը կայանում է նրանում, որ կարող եք ունենալ այն մարմինը, որ մասին երազել եք՝ առանց առողջությունը վտանգելու։

Մեկ շաբաթվա սնվելու պլան․

1 օր․ մրգեր

Կարող եք օգտագործել մրգերի ցանկացած տեսակ՝ բացառությամբ բանանը։ Կերեք, որքան կցանկանաք, շեշտը դրեք խնձորի վրա։

2 օր․ բանջարեղեն

Թույլատրվում է ուտել բանջարեղենի բոլոր տեսակներից՝ բացի եգիպտացորենից։ Ցերեկվա ժամերին կարող եք շատ քիչ քանակությամբ՝ ջեռոցում եփված կարտոֆիլ ուտել։

3 օր․ միրգ և բանջարեղեն

Կարող եք վայելել մրգի և բանջարեղենի բոլոր տեսակները։ Բացառություն է կազմում կարտոֆիլը։ Շատ օգտակար է բանջարեղենային աղցանը՝ համեմված կիտրոնի հյութով։

 

4 օր․ յոգուրտ և բանան․

 Յոգուրտը պիտի լինի բնական՝ անյուղ և առանց հավելումների։ Գաղտնիքը կայանում է նրանում, որ օրգանիզմն ունի միներալ նյութերի կարիք, իսկ բանանի մեջ պարունակվում է մեծ քանակությամբ կալիում։ Օրական կարելի է ուտել մինչև 8  բանան։

5 օր․ լոլիկ և հավի միս

Հավի փոխարեն կարող եք վերցնել հնդկահավ։ Յուրաքանչյուր անգամ լոլիկ ուտելուց հետո մի բաժակ ջուր խմեք, որպիսի օրգանիզմից դուրս բերեք ավելորդ աղերը։

6 օր․ բանջարեղեն և հավի միս

Կարող եք ուտել ցանկացած բանջարեղեն՝ բացի կարտոֆիլից։ Իսկ հավի միսը պիտի լինի անյուղ և եփած վիճակում։

7 օր․ հատուկ ապուր

Անհրաժեշտ է պատրաստել հատուկ ապուր, որը կօգնի այրել ավելորդ կիլոգրամները։ Ապուրի բաղադրիչներն են․ 2 սոխ, դդմիկ, մի քանի լոլիկ, նեխուր, բուլղարական պղպեղ և շատ կանաչի։ Բոլոր բաղադրիչները եփել և խառնել բլենդերով։
