Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում ներկրվող մաքսատուրքերի բաշխման հարցը բարդ թեմա է, ոչ թե պարզապես մաթեմատիկական բանաձեւ։ Երկար քննարկումների արդյունքում լուծումը 2019 թվականին գտնվեց։ Այս մասին Երեւանում նոյեմբերի 28-ին կայացած ԵՏՄ ֆինանսական վերահսկողության բարձրագույն մարմինների կոլեգիաների համատեղ նիստում ասաց Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ բանաձեւն արտացոլում է յուրաքանչյուր առանձին երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման մակարդակը։ «Ճշտվել են շատ գործոններ, որոնք նշանակություն ունեն ԵՏՄ մասնակից երկրների տնտեսությունների համար»,- նշել է նա։

Գրիգորյանը նաեւ ավելացրել է, որ միությունն արդեն ցույց է տվել իր կայացածությունը, ինչի մասին վկայում են ներքին ապրանքաշրջանառության եւ արտաքին առեւտրի ծավալները, ինչպես նաեւ շատ երկրների ցանկությունը՝ ունենալ գործնական հարաբերություններ ԵՏՄ-ի հետ։ «Միությունում բոլոր լուծումները ընդունվում են կոնսենսուսով, ինչը ինստիտուցիոնալ մոտեցման տեսակետից դրական գործոն է, բայց ազդեցություն է գործում որոշումների ընդունման արագության վրա։ Սակայն տարեցտարի այս բաղադրիչը բարելավվում է, եւ որոշումներն ընդունվում են ավելի օպերատիվ»,- ընդգծել է նա։

Փոխվարչապետը գոհունակություն է հայտնել, որ դա արվել է միությունում Հայաստանի նախագահության շրջանում, որի ժամանակ ստորագրվել են ազատ առեւտրի գոտու մասին համաձայնագրեր Սերբիայի եւ Սինգապուրի հետ, ուժի մեջ է մտել Իրանի հետ ազատ առեւտրի գոտու մասին համաձայնագիրը, ինչը բիզնեսի համար նոր հնարավորություններ կբացի։ «Երեւանն ամեն ինչ արել է, որպեսզի ամրապնդի մասնակից երկրների ինտեգրումն ու ընդլայնի համագործակցության աշխարհագրությունը»,- հավաստիացրել է Մհեր Գրիգորյանը՝ ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների հետագա ամրապնդման հույս հայտնելով։

Նշենք, որ Երեւանում նոյեմբերի 28-ին ընթանում է ԵՏՄ ֆինանսական վերահսկողության բարձրագույն մարմինների կոլեգիաների համատեղ նիստը։
