Մանկության տարիներին հաճախ էինք ծնողներից լսում «Արդեն ժամը ինն է, քնելու ժամանակն է» արտահայտությունը: Սակայն ամեն բան փոխվում է: Իսկ թե ինչով է կարևոր շուտ քնելը, փորձենք պարզել հետ միասին:

 

Ժամանակակից երեխաները հիմնականում շատ ավելի ուշ են քնում:

Երեխան պետք է շուտ պառկի քնելու, և դա անվիճելի է, հակառակ դեպքում շատ քիչ ժամանակ է մնում աճի հորմոնի արտադրման համար: Եթե նա քնի 21:00-ին, ապա արդեն 00:30-ին աճի հորմոնը արյան մեջ կմտնի:

Հետազոտությունների արդյունքների համաձայն՝ քնի ճիշտ ռեժիմով երեխաները ավելի լավ են կենտրոնանում և հիշում նյութը: Նրանք ավելի քիչ են հակված Ալցհեյմեր հիվանդությանը ծերության օրոք: Ինչո՞ւ:

Հասկանալի է, որ ծնողներն աշխատում են և միայն երեկոյան են կարողանում ժամանակ տրամադրել երեխաներին, բայց սխալ ռեժիմն անպայման կանդրադառնա նրա առողջության վրա՝ թե՛ ֆիզիկական, թե՛ հոգեկան:

Ինչպե՞ս սովորեցնել երեխային շուտ քնել, ինչպես փոխել նրա սովորական ռեժիմը

Երեխայի համար գիրք կարդացեք քնելուց առաջ: Այդպես նա կհասկանա, որ եթե մայրիկը կամ հայրիկը երեկոյան գիրք են կարդում, ուրեմն արդեն քնի ժամն է:

Երեխային քնի պատրաստելու համար դեղին լույս միացրեք. հոգեբանների կարծիքով՝ այն թուլացնում է և օգնում է քնել:
