Ադրբեջանի ԱԱՆ-ում եւս մեկ գեներալ ձերբակալվել, մեկ գեներալ էլ տնային կալանքի է ենթարկվել

Ադրբեջանի ազգային անվտանգության նախարարությունում կոռուպցիայի եւ ապօրինությունների մեղադրանքներով սկսված կադրային ջարդը շարունակվում է:
Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազության աշխատակիցները նոյեմբերի 25-ին 3 ամիս ժամկետով կալանավորել են նաեւ ԱԱՆ անդրազգային տնտեսական հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Սուբահիր Գուրբանովին:
Օրերս ձերբակալված գեներալ Աքիֆ Չովդարովի նման Սուբահիր Գուրբանովը եւս համարվում է ԱԱ նախկին նախարար Էլդար Մահմուդովի մերձավորը: Բացի այդ, Սուբահիր Գուրբանովը համարվում էր նաեւ նախկին նախարարի «երկրորդ գանձապահը»:
Հետաքննությունը Սուբահիր Գուրբանովին մեղադրում է Ադրբեջանի կապի եւ բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության պաշտոնատար անձանց 4 տարվա ընթացքում հովանավորելու անվան տակ կաշառք վերցնելու եւ այլ կոռուպցիոն գործողությունների մեջ:
Կայքը հայտնում է, որ այսօր տնային կալանքի է ենթարկվել նաեւ ԱԱՆ գործողությունների տեխնիկական վարչության նախկին պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Նաթավան Միրվաթովան: Նրան արգելվել է դուրս գալ բնակարանից:
Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայտնել է, որ ներկայում ԱԱՆ կոռուպցիոն գործով ԱԱՆ 21 աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ տարբեր հոդվածներով մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել, որոնցից 19-ը կալանավորվել են, մեկը տնային կալանքի է ենթարկվել, մեկի նկատմամբ էլ որոնում է հայտարարվել:
ԱԱՆ աշախատակիցների կատարած քրեական գործողությունների արդյունքում իրավունքները խախտված 57 հոգի ճանաչվել են որպես տուժող: Նրանց հասցված վնասի ընդհանուր չափը հասնում է տասնյակ միլիոն մանաթի:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնվել էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 17-ի հրամանագրով ԱԱ նախարար Էլդար Ահմեդ օղլու Մահմուդովինպաշտոնից ազատելու մասին: Նշվել էր, որ անցկացված հետազոտությունների ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ բարձրաստիճան չինովնիկների խումբը երկար ժամանակ < /i>հանցավոր գործողություններ է կատարել ձեռնարկատերերի նկատմամբ: Դրանով նրանք միլիոններ են վաստակել: Այսպես, Էլդար Մահմուդովի հանձնարարությամբեւ ԱԱՆ գեներալների ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ ԱԱՆ աշխատակիցների խումբը գաղտնալսող սարքերով հետեւել է Ադրբեջանի բիզնես վերնախավի եւ միջին բիզնեսիհայտնի ներկայացուցիչների գործունեությանը: Հետագայում այդ բիզնեսմենների նկատմամբ հատուկ վարկաբեկիչ նյութեր են հավաքվել, իսկ հետո ԱԱՆղեկավարության հանձնարարությամբ հատուկ ջոկատայինների խումբն ապօրինի ձերբակալություններ է իրականացրել:
Նախօրեին զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից հեռացվել էին ԱԱՆ 9 բարձրաստիճան աշխատակիցներ, այդ թվում` 4 գեներալ, եւ ձերբակալվել ԱԱՆ 18 աշխատակիցներ:
