Կարեն Մկոյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Այսօր գործադիրը որոշում կայացրեց բավարարել «ՋիԱրՓի Սիսթեմս» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից ներկայացված հայտը և սահմանեց ընկերության կողմից գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում ներմուծվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերի, հումքի և նյութերի ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատման արտոնության կիրառումը:
«ՋիԱրՓի Սիսթեմս» ՓԲԸ հիմնվել է 2011 թվականին և հանդիսանում է տարածաշրջանում միակ ապակեմանրաթելային խողովակներ արտադրող ընկերությունը: Արտադրանքի հիմնական սպառողներն են փոքր հիդրոէլեկտրակայանները: Արտադրության մեջ կիրառվում է TCR glass ստանդարտի ապակի: Ընկերության կողմից իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներում արտադրվում է E glass ստանդարտի ապակի, որն իր ֆիզիկատեխնիկական և քիմիական հատկանիշներով չի բավարարում գործարանի տեխնոլոգիական պահանջներին:
Նշենք, որ այս արտոնությունը վերաբերում է միայն գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում` ՀՀ տարածքում օգտագործելու համար նախատեսված տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումներին, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ և համալրող մասերին, հումքին և նյութերին, եթե դրանք չեն արտադրվում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրներում, կամ արտադրվում են ոչ բավարար քանակով և չեն համապատասխանում ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ տեխնիկական չափանիշներին:
Գերակա որտների շարքին են դասվում' զբոսաշրջությունը, դեղագործությունը եւ բիոտեխնոլոգիաները, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, գինու և կոնյակի արտադրությունը, գյուղատնտեսության, պահածոների և հյութերի արտադրության, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների, ոսկերչությունը և ժամագործությունը, թեթև արդյունաբերությունը, ճշգրիտ ինժեներիայի ոլորտները:
Ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակում արտոնությունից օգտվելու հայտը դիտարկվում է հաշվի առնելով նախատեսված արտադրատեսակը, արտադրանքի և իրացման ծավալները, ինչպես նաև, ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում ստեղծված կամ ստեղծվող նոր աշխատատեղերն ու միջին աշխատավարձը և փաստացի իրականացված կամ կանխատեսվող ներդրումները:
Արտոնության առկայությունը լուրջ խթան կհանդիսանա նոր ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման և որպես հետևանք նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման համար: Այն կթեթևացնի տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների ֆինանսական բեռը և հնարավորություն կընձեռի մրցունակ ապրանքների արտադրման և արտահանումների խթանման համար:
