Ակնհայտ է, որ ՀՀ դատաիրավական ոլորտում տիրող անհասկանալի վիճակի առումով, մասնավորապես ՍԴ շուրջ ընթացող զարգացումներում ներկայումս յուրատեսակ «թայմ աուտ» է տիրում, քանի որ, «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, իշխանություններն այս փուլում ժամանակավոր «դադար» են վերցրել ՍԴ-ն ցրելու և Հրայր Թովմասյանի դեմ սկսած դեմարշի հարցում։ 

Բանն այն է, որ այդպես էլ չեն գտնում հարցի լուծումը, որը մի կողմից թե՛ հայաստանյան հասարակության և թե՛ գիտակից միջազգային հանրության կոշտ գնահատականին չի արժանանա, մյուս կողմից՝ թույլ կտա հասնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նպատակին, այն է՝ ունենալ կամակատար Բարձր դատարան իր լևոնտերպետրոսյանական նախագահով: 

Արդեն իսկ շրջանառվել են տարբերակներ, որոնք քննարկվում են իշխանության ներսում: Սակայն, մեր աղբյուրների պնդմամբ, դեռևս վերջնական եզրահանգման չեն եկել: 

Միակ բանը, որը հստակ է, սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախաձեռնումն է, որի մեկնարկը, ըստ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների, կտրվի 2020-ի փետրվարին:

Այս համատեքստում բավականին ուշագրավ զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում նաև հանրության կողմից այդքան չարչրկված Ստամբուլ յան կոնվենցիայի շուրջ։ 

Թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները ներկայումս հայտնվել են անելանելի դրության մեջ, քանի որ չեն հասկանում, թե ինչ տրամաբանությամբ զարգացնեն կոնվենցիայի վավերականացման գործընթացը, քանի որ ներկա փուլում փաստացի կանգնած են փակուղու առաջ։

 Թերթի զրուցակիցը, որ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ է և չցանկացավ ներկայանալ, նշել է, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի շուրջ ընթացող պրոցեսները մեծապես կապված են նաև Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիայի խնդրի հետ։ 

Նա նաև հավելել է, որ քանզի ոչ մի կերպ չի հաջողվում հայ հանրության շրջանում կոնվենցիայի վերաբերյալ որոշակի կոնսենսունս ապահովել, իսկ ներկայիս ՍԴ-ն էլ հազիվ թե դրական եզրակացություն տա, իշխանությունները ստիպված են որոշ ժամանակ էլ «թայմ աուտ» վերցնել նաև այս հարցում։
