Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցում որդուս խոշտանգում են. քաղաքացին նստացույց է սկսել

Որդուս խոշտանգում են։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 29–ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է կառավարության շենքի առջեւ նստացույց սկսած Գյումրու բնակիչ Գայանե Պոլեյանը։ Ըստ նրա՝ պատճառը դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցում գտնվող իր որդու՝ Գոռ Պոլեյանի առողջական վիճակն է։
«Որդիս իր կալանքի 7 տարին անցկացրել է բանտում, այդ ընթացքում ձեռք է բերել տարբեր հիվանդություններ, այդ թվում՝ շաքարային դիաբետ, ինչն էլ տարիների ընթացքում դարձել է ծանր շաքարային դիաբետ՝ ինսուլինի պահանջով»,- ասաց Գայանե Պոլեյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այս տարի Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանը վաղաժամկետ ազատ է արձակել որդուն, և 8 ամիս ազատության մեջ լինելուց հետո դատախազության բողոքը Վերաքննիչ դատարանը բավարարել է, և որդին նորից կալանավորվել է։
«Որդիս 8 ամիս գտնվել է ազատության մեջ եւ ոչ մի ավելորդ բան չի արել։ Այդ ընթացքում 5 անգամ էլ պառկել է հիվանդանոցներում առողջությունը վերականգնելու համար՝ չհաշված, որ խնամքի տակ ունի անչափահաս երեխա։ Նա ամեն օր աղոթում է, հոր համար առողջություն ու ազատություն է խնդրում»,– ասել է Գայանե Պոլեյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ հատուկ բժշկական հանձնաժողովը հաստատել է, որ որդու հիվանդություններն անհամատեղելի են կալանքի հետ, սակայն մի քանի օր տեւած դատական նիստերից հետո դատարանն այսօր առավոտյան մերժել է կալանքից ազատելու միջնորդությունը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ վճիռն իմանալուց հետո եկել է կառավարություն, նամակ փոխանցել, ապա սկսել նստացույցը։
«Կառավարությանը դիմում եմ գրել եւ նստացույց սկսել։ Դիմել եմ նաեւ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակ և Արդարադատության նախարարություն, սակայն պատասխանում են, որ իրավունք չունեն դատական գործընթացներին միջամտել», ասել է դատապարտյալի մայրը։
