Orer.am-ը գրում է.
Փորձեմ սառը, առանց էմոցիաների, մի քանի նկատառումներ անել: Որևէ մեկին դասեր չեմ տալիս, դրա իրավունքը չունեմ, իմ նկատառումներն եմ ներկայացնելու, սակայն չեմ ուզում լսել նաև մարազմատիկ մեկնաբանություններ, որոնցից իսկապես հոգնել եմ:
Նման լուրջ գործողությունից առաջ, երբ մարդկանց ուղղորդում ես նախագահական նստավայրի մոտ, հարկավոր է ունենալ հստակ սցենարներ: Դիցուք դիտարկենք չորսը.
ա. Պարտադրել հանդիպում, որտեղ օգտագործելով փողոցում սպասող մարդկանց քանակը՝ պարտադրում ես բանակցություններ և զիջումներ
բ. գնում ես գրավելու նախագահական նստավայրը և փոխելու երկրի իշխանությունը
դ. հայտարարում ես, որ չեք հեռանալու այդտեղից, քանի դեռ Սերժ Սարգսյանը/Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը/Բիբինը կամ այլք հրաժարական չտան...
դ. շարժվում ես նախագահական նստավայր, հանձնում պահանջագիրը և մատնանշում ժամկետ՝ սպառնալով, ասենք, իքս օրվանից համապետական գործադուլի կոչեր ու կազմակերպում, եթե սակագնի բարձրացման հարցը արդար քննության չառնվի (ի դեպ, ըստ իս՝ սա պայքարի ամենաարդյունավետ մոդելն է)...
Ա կետը մերժվեց ի սկզբանե, չնայած ցուցարարներին կարծես թե հաջողվել էր պարտադրել, որ հաշվի նստեն իրենց հետ: Բ կետի խնդիր դրված չէր հավանաբար, որովհետև ցույցը խաղաղ էր և կրում էր բացառապես սոցիալական շեշտադրումներ: Գ կետը նույնպես բացառվում է, որովհետև անընդհատ շեշտադրվում էր, որ ակցիան քաղաքական բնույթ չի կրում, հետևաբար քաղաքական պահանջներ դրված չեն: Դ կետի մասին խոսելն ավելորդ է, որովհետև բացի չթանկացնելու պահանջից՝ գործողության այլ ծրագիր չկար:
Եվ ամենակարևորը, ցանկացած հավաքի կազմակերպում, այդ թվում երկրի գլխավոր պողոտայի փակումը, մշտապես հղի է ոստիկանության հետ բախման հեռանկարով: Ի դեպ, դա ամբողջ աշխարհում է այդպես: Հետևաբար անհրաժեշտ է որոշ սցենարներ ֆիքսել նման դեպքերի համար.
